The place is very kind located.clean room and quite area.staff is very innocent and good with people.

The prices for sharing room is quite considering , if you can take off or less some,,also the bathroom is very neat and clean,but i'd highly recommended put a bottle or pot here so if any1 like using water they can use it.

The hosts were very friendly and very pleasant can't fault anything the price was brilliant

Picture suggests it is a B&B. They do not serve breakfast. The place is pretty dated but for what we paid it was.a clean, tidy room with basin and TV.. Bit gloomy with dated facilities but comfortable enough. I actually had a good nights sleep.

Suzanne was very lovely and Comfort Guest House was top class if I come back to Leicester Next year I would stay there

Very clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Lovely comfy beds. Light and airy room. Friendly landlady. We were offered fresh milk on arrival for the tea and coffee provided in the room - much nicer than uht you usually get in hotels and guest houses! Roadside parking was no issue. Plenty of coat-hangers for a change!! You never get enough cost-hangers!! Excellent location for the O2 Academy - 10 - 15 mins walk.

Just better than sleeping on road.

Very small shower, no soap or shampoo, when I asked they said you have to bring your own. I paid £55 for a very basic room. I am really dissapointed.

The room itself was nice, recently decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet was also very clean.

I didn't realise that there was no breakfast involved, but that was possibly my mistake, also, it was not made clear that I could park outside the house, I thought we had to find a nearby car park, which we did, so it was not a massive problem.

This place is a little gem. V reasonably prived and everything I needed - I came for work, so a nice comfortable bed, full length mirror, sink, v clean towels, linen and room, as well as good hanging space made it all really just what was needed. Bathroom, loo and any shared areas are extremely clean and accessible. I highly recommend this place and the lovely staff

The location was perfect, only a short walk to both the city centre and De Montfort Hall. The room was nice, clean and obviously well looked after.

The location was awesome amazing 👍 and were I was goin to attend my gig on that nite was only under 10 min walking fantastic brilliant place to stay!!!! The owner was llluuvvlllyyy very caring easy to get on with 101% really nice and her mother wow wow 🥰 what a beautiful women always says hello and always smiling!!!! Fantastic family
