the most perfect apartment! I came here with a friend to stay in kalamata for a few nights on our road trip, and we were so impressed by the value for money for this apartment. You have two double rooms both very comfortable, the decor is perfect and beautiful, it’s very clean, very spacious, we even had space for both of us to practice yoga. we walked to town in 25-30 mins which was a lovely walk and so easy. coffee shops and supermarkets and restaurants all nearby. 10/10!

The overall size and size of rooms was excellent for a family of 4. Free bottles of water and alcohol was a nice gesture. Good size balcony. Clean apartment.

This reservation was advertised as one with a rating more than 9, but compared to other apartments we've been to recently: . The beds were uncomfortable. . An extra pillow for each person would have added to comfort. . The living room couch was not very comfortable. . Extra coffee and sugar would also would have been preferred.

The apartment is great, spacious and it has a nice balcony with a mountain view good location and good price

Beds not comfortable. Shower cover not sufficient, makes bathroom floor very slippery- hazard. Beware of the front door, especially when there is draught as it can lock itself, which we were not warned about. A locksmith was called by the host to let us back in, which he did in 2 seconds by using a little wire to open the door. No replacement lock or key was issued, so there was no actual cost for materials. The locksmith then refused to leave our doorway or let us close the door for more than 1 hour. All because the owner refused to pay him his fee of 30 euros and demanding that we have to pay him. The host harassed us about this until the minute we left the apartment at check out. The only solution we had was to contact booking.com and to stop any contact from the host. We lost a whole day of our holiday due to this incident. It was a very stressful experience. We felt that the “locksmith” and the host were trying to scam us.

The apartment had everything. Other than food and a toothbrush, we could have survived on all the complimentary extras that the host kindly provided as standard. The beach is only 10mins walk, we felt safe in the apartment and area and the kids had a small playground across the road. The bedrooms were modern and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and pillows. We had all the modcoms like Netflix and prime. Great stay, great communication with host via booking, great overall.

The only thing i would recommend is having a car as it would have just made things more easy and convenient. But thats more advice rather than a gripe about the apartment or host.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment is located in a calm and safe place, you have a nice mountain view from the huge sunny balcony and it is very close (900 m) to the sea and beach promenade.

Everything was great, 10 minute walk from the beach and about 15 minutes or so from the historic centre. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Dodnt meet the host but communication was very good with them and answered any questions we had. Thanks
