It absolutely fabulous, could not have been better.

Pity about the Air-con not sufficient under the heat we had , but not owners fault.

the bed mattress was not comfortable

clean and tidy. good views. quiet. easy access. well equipped

the car parking. hard to find the right space in the basement. the directions in the car park area need to be improved for getting in and out. also some of the instructions generally such as the key lock arrangement are out of date.

Fantastic views from the windows and the property was very well equipped. Lovely place to stay. BUT!!!!

Had difficulty getting keys as incorrect location of Key safe sent on email how to access property. Luckily helpful security office personnel knew which key safe it was. Also according to email parking permit was in the key safe but it’s actually in the apartment. According to bookings team this has know been changed. We had a great weekend and even though the Apartment is quite a way out of Brighton it’s in a lovely location. When we got home received an email from the bookings team Brighton Holiday Lets basically accusing us of leaving cigarette burns on the lounge rug. The email had photos attached of 2 cigarette burns on a rug, also a comment saying they had contacted the property owners to see what the cost would be associated with this. Not a phone call asking had we done this or had we noticed the burn marks ( which we hadn’t). We are 3 non smoking adults ( this was the reason we had chosen a non smoking property) To say we were angry and upset is an understatement as it totally ruined what had been a lovely weekend. So the day after arriving home I spent at least 4 + hours trying to sort this out with both the Bookings team, Booking.com who said they should have been contacted first and informed of this, plus legal advise as to how we proceeded . At about 5.00 was contacted by Bookings team who informed us that the Property owners were going to pay to replace the rug,until I made it clear that had nothing to do with us, as we hadn’t caused the damage in the first place was still made to feel they were doing us a favour. So if staying here check everything and be aware of what could happen.

Everything was great

Generally, a nice apartment but spoiled by certain aspects.

Dishwasher not working properly and smelled bad, I had to redo the whole load by hand at midnight on the eve of departure. Blind in master bedroom broken and stuck in closed position seemingly for a long time, so no view! No laundry detergent, empty bottle.

Lovely location in the marina and nice a quiet too. Very clean and well maintained.

This is a regular for us, the apartment is amazing the area is spot on. The only thing this time the apartment wasn’t cleaned to it normal standard 😕 and missing adjustable bed as the remote was taken away.

Everything else.

Dish washer needs some attention ! The dishes were dirtier than before wash ! And it smelt . .

Location ! Comfortable bed and sofa ...cleanish and good value for money

Everything. Size and the views were stunning. centre of everything on the Marina.also TV had all the channels you would ever require.

Nothing. everything worked perfectly.

Boiler was noisy

The apartment was lovely and very well located! The Marina is beautiful. It was better than the pictures.

The checkin time was fairly late. At 3pm and the checkout was very early at 10am. It was a very expensive apartment and we barely got any time in it. When we arrived there was also a set of instructions that were different to the set of instructions sent via email. They said that checkout was at 10:30, also it said we had to clean absolutely everything. The guide also mentions a £150 fee for late checkout - it is confusing what to follow, so we left really early. I booked this via booking, I have never stayed at a hotel, paid a huge price and then had to clean everything. I am fine with an early check-out, but knowing that the next person was due to arrive at 3pm and having to clean and put towels in the bathroom is not acceptable - especially at the price we paid for the night.

The apartment was very new, view was amazing and comfortable.

maybe free tea and coffee on arrival.

It had everything we needed. Very comfortable furniture.

Well I loved everything about it, the only thing I would change is the tin opener and larger towels.
