Park View was a home from home for us as a family with our grown up children joining us for the trip. We all had plenty of space and the fixtures and fittings were all excellent. It was very comfortable and within easy distance of the city centre.

Excellent location. Off road parking as needed. Easy access to the city centre. Liked the combined kitchen / diner / living space. Well furnished and good range of equipment.

The property was spacious and modern. Perfect for our needs. Within walking distance of garage one way and supermarket the other. Would 100% recommend.
Only issue we had was nothing to do with the house. Availability and reliability of taxis and buses. Value taxis were 1 hour 40 minutes late and we missed part of our conference. Bus stop was perfectly placed 2 minutes away from the property however (6D) doesn't run at all on Sundays.
Next time, we'd stay the other side of the river.

Really clean and spacious property, everything in it one could need. Met Patrina the host toward the end of our stay, lovely lady and very friendly.

The house was lovely, spacious and the kitchen and utility equipment were good. Would benefit from further garden seating/table as there was only 3 chairs. Double beds seem small to us as we have super king size at home. There were plenty of towels/tea towels.
All in all we did have a lovely holiday.
The house is on a busy main road, so traffic noise was a bit of a pain in the mornings ( possibly owing to our home being quiet) A radio or something would have been nice in the kitchen as only 1 tv in the lounge. (good as it kept the grandchildren away from it)

shame about the washing machine not working and the bin emptying day seemed to be missed hence a little bit of garbage management became necessary.

Property clean, spacious, convenient, well appointed with modern decor and well equipped laundry and kitchen.Off Road Parking just outside the house and owners living next door friendly & easy to communicate with if any help required. Excellent park situated over the road
The only minor issue was the road outside creating some noise during rush hour but not affecting sleep. It would not put us off booking there again

The house was extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean and had everything you could want for a self catering holiday. The house was brand new and the bedrooms were very comfortable and well laid out. The location was great, right beside the park and a 25 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride into the city.

We really liked the location, quick drive by car to the city center, but with a "green" feeling thanks to the park nearby, and with about 90 minutes drive you can be anywhere in Northern Ireland. The place has two private parking spots which are easy to enter and right in front of the main door. The property shares a wall with the owners' property but we never heard any noise from them. The owners (Patrina and Sean) where welcoming, quick to answer any questions through booking.com, they accommodated our late night check-in request and gave us 30 minutes as late check-out for free, greatly appreciated! The house looks very new, it is well decorated without feeling cluttered, it has every necessary appliance, and all are high-quality. The couches in the lounge room recline and are very comfortable to relax while watching the big TV. Internet is high-speed (100mbit) and there is an ethernet port in every room (even in the kitchen!). If you need to work remotely and want solid Internet I recommend using those instead of the WiFi (the owners can provide network cables if needed). We stayed right after Belfast reopened after the Covid-19 lockdown and the owners respected social distance, wore masks, cleaned the house, and were opening the windows to "air it out" between guests. We used basically all the amenities provided, and appreciated the presence of instant hot water, microwave, oven, dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer, big flat screen TV, relaxing bath tub, motion sensor night lights, security system. We spent and enjoyed two weeks and would love to stay there again if we return to Belfast!
The only suggestions we have is to upgrade the Wi-Fi system since sometimes we had stability (not speed) problems streaming video from our laptops. However this was not a problem for us since we took advantage of the network ports which were very stable.
A tip for future guests is that two bedrooms (the master bedroom and the bedroom with two twin beds) face the main street, which is quiet during the night, but very busy during the day. Despite the presence of soundproofed windows, If you sleep late like us, some noise still enters and it is better to sleep on the other two double rooms or to use earplugs if you are a late and light-sleeper.
