Food in restaurant was good .
The place was money gauging. They charged $5/head for a 3 minute transfer to airport; charged for water in the rooms; and the very unhelpful receptionist told me our booking.com booking was only for 1 person per room so charged us for an extra person. When I showed her that it was a mistake in the system by going into a new booking she told me to book directly with the hotel next time.

Very comfy rooms, great pool, great breakfast.
Hated the aviary - big beautiful colourful birds caged up. Dinner was not very good good.

Fine hotel to stay a night before your flight but nothing more. 4 mins from the airport but shuttle will still cost you 5$….
5 star? I don’t think so. We did not really feel welcome there. Extremely overpriced, the hotel and the restaurant.

Fabulous pool. Ate lunch poolside. Modern, comfortable and quiet room. Five minutes from airport. Helpful front desk.
Waiters for outdoor restaurant need more service training. They drop off the food then have to be hunted down if customers need anything. Also don’t have free shuttle. Cost is $10 US for a 5-minute ride

The Camino Real has stayed the same for the 14 years I've been going to it. Great facilities. Helpful and friendly staff, especially when my daughter was ill! I recommend it unconditionally.

Is close to the airport. Facilities are very nice, especially the pool. The deer and birds on the property were a nice addition. Good value for money. The food was excellent.
Nothing around the hotel. No stores within walking distance. felt a bit like a ghost town as not many people were around.

It is a familiar environment, I have been there on 4 different occasions.
It is clean. Gardens are lovely. Help is never too far away and always helpful. Pool is inviting, as is seating around the pool, never crowded. Breakfast is a feast. Wait staff is friendly and attentive.
The unavailability of self-serve hot coffee outside the restaurant.
4 different rooms over the last 2 months, all were clean, cool and comfortable. Some showers may need updating.
Wait staff is well-trained; they know to remove extra table settings, they know to bring water to the table, they know to refill your coffee cup with Hot coffee, but sometimes they don't.

staff only attended to who they wanted to attend to. poor customer service. almost felt that they were a little racist. they left us outside with out ever coming back to ask if we wanted more drinks but would come every min to the other customers. once we called their attention service got even worse. they hosted a party on the 23 that lasted from 9am to 6 pm with loud music the entire day I called and complain because they were right next to my room making so much noise it was very inconsiderate to the other guest that stayed there. other guest were also complaining and asking for their room to be moved because of the loud noise. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone it was the worst hotel and customer service I have ever received in Nicaragua.
