Very pleasant team

Very basic rooms old, but the noisy atmosphere at the breakfast, which was also very basic. What is the breaking point

Exceptional friendly staff,great variety in the buffet, Very rich breakfast, there was entertainment throughout the day, very comfy bed, there is a mini market in the hotel which was very convenient. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel. Definitely would recommend this place.

In general, this hotel was a dissapointment for us, having in mind how much it costs. We were expecting an exclusive experience but good just an average one, and considering the price even below-average. The hotel itself (inside plus equipment) for sure remembers better times, the outside area however is really nice and trendy. A nice small hotel beach just few meters away, very comfy, with plenty of sunbeds. Seaview amazing!!! The bed in the room was also very comfy! The biggest dissapointment was the food: the selection was really reach and being fair the salad bar was AMAZING, however the selection of food is mostly customized for the British visitor, with lots of meat, fried stuff etc. If you are vegeterian or vegan and you don't want to eat salads all the time, this is not a place for you. We are pescetarians (we eat only fish and seafood) and this was the biggest dissapointment from all, since the fish and seafood selection was reminding more for a cheap below-average all inclusive... there was hardly any higher quality, there was some fish of lower quality, but mostly fried and seafood only once mussels and once fried calamari.

if you get a seaside view room, count with a lot of noise till 11 PM - which is the time limit in summer in Cyprus. Especially the hotel next door (Leonardo) has every night live music, that is not only loud but also horrible (no Superstar potential). No ventilation in our toilet, not nice if you wanna....you know what. The bathroom itself was nothing special. Let's talk about the great things: 1. The strongest advantage here is absolutely the food! The food is really great (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) and the variety of it is very good also. 2. It's very nice to get a daily refill of mineral water and soft drinks to the room for free (Pepsi, 7up, mango juice). 3. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful. 4. The entertainment program in the evenings is very nice and the overall atmosphere in the lobby is GREAT! There are some points for improvement but the bottom line is that this hotel is the ULTIMATE RELAXING VACATION and I will be back for sure!

Let's talk about some points for improvement: 1. the quality of the Cappuccino is not good, yes its free and unlimited (in the lobby-bar, pool-bar, restaurant) but its just not good, I would warmly recommend to replace the coffee beans in the machines with a better quality of coffee beans. 2. I would extend the soft drinks variety which is quite limited and write a menu for soft drinks also. 3. I would add more drinks to the bar, there are famous and basic drinks (i.e. Aperol Spritz) that you don't serve. 4. Let's talk about the snacks served at the pool bar during the afternoon: the quality of the hamburgers that you serve there is awful, yes I know that its free and unlimited, but you must improve the quality of the meat. It's very surprising to get such low quality of hamburgers when you serve so great food at the restaurant during Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although the meat of the burgers is awful, the buns are great (but just buns are not enough for a good hamburger :) ) 5. The hotel corridors and the bathroom feels old, it would be nice to refresh it. Nevertheless, I think its secondary thing and I would improve your strong points first in order to make them superb. (because just them is enough for a great vacation experience) 6. You charge 3 euros per day for using the safe in the room even for the All-inclusive guests. I think that hotel at your level should not charge that. Moreover, the safe itself is even not a digital one, it's just an old safe with a key. I would just not charge 3 euros per day for that, because safe in hotel room is a basic thing in every hotel I visited around the world.
