To be staying in the middle of South Beach was awesome! There was no need to have a car. The apartment was so comfortable, quiet and stylish. And it had everything we needed: coffee, beach towels and beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Frans place was fantastic. The Carlyle hotel located right on the strip accross from the beach and close to great restaurants was perfect.

Terrific location. Great ambiance. Wonderful food. Attractive room. Good bed. BUT, not one comfortable place to sit. Furniture too low for older adults to get up. Bar stools too high to get on safely. Would not come back for this reason alone.

Perfect location. Appreciated the ability to walk across the street to the park and 9 mile paved beach walk. Condo was very quiet and incredibly clean and comfortable. Our host offered up wonderful restaurants and activities. We loved Betsy’s for music and food. Very safe and walkable all day and night. We highly recommend!

Art Deco District. Unit is updated, facing side street therefore very quiet. All amenities are within walking distance. Across from beach and park. Will rebook when we return to South Beach

You won’t need a car if staying here. Everything, including great restaurants is within walking distance. Fran was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. Unit is very well taken care of and perfect for a couple getaway.

This location is very conviene to all the night life in Miami Beach. Getting our luggage to the room is very difficult. You have to carry your bags up and down at least 5 steps.

Absolutely beautiful & very spacious on the inside! Great amenities, I will definitely be staying here again. Host is extremely nice & made sure everything was perfect for us. With just two women staying, Security made us feel very safe as well. Food at restaurant downstairs is great!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

It was very cool to stay in such a historic building. Huge Robin Williams fan. Room was nice. Able to wash clothes from the trip. Walking distance to so much awesomeness. The only con was that I missed having a TV I could see from bed.

Condo was well furnished and maintained and in a fabulous location; concierge was very helpful; restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

We travel a lot, and use VRBO units wherever possible. Hands down this tops the list of units we've stayed at. We couldn't have been more happy.
The unit is very tastefully decorated and outfitted for the hotel-adverse traveler. From the the convenient kitchen to the glorious rain shower. VERY comfortable bed, and surprisingly SILENT interior especially given that the hotel is located on the ever rambunctious Ocean Drive. Location was perfect. Pictures online are subtly representative of the unit. The unit in-person is FAR BETTER! Honestly, you'd be foolish to not stay here if you want a quiet, but perfectly located SoBe unit.

Great South Beach location. In the heart of the Art Deco district. Easy access to the beach, park and restaurants. Condo was was clean and well appointed. Parking was easy at the municipal lot across the street.

Very clean and very quiet place despite being on the middle of Ocean drive! Could not hear any noise from outside. Front desk stuff was very helpful and nice! We would highly recommend this place , you will be walking distance to a lot of places.

We wanted a comfortable place to stay, during our brief trip to Miami. This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was exactly as shown in the photographs - clean and nicely decorated. The owner maintained great communication with us throughout the booking process and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants etc.
The apartment is ideally located for going to the beach, sightseeing and enjoying restaurants and bars in South Beach. It is also in one of the areas most iconic and historical buildings. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would definitely recommend it.

This is our second trip back to this property. The location is great. It's directly across street from beach, close to restaurants, bus/trolley and is very quiet. Fran and property are responsive to questions and needs and we recommend.

Booked this condo at the Carlyle because the one I normally stay in was booked. Everything was wonderful, would definitely stay again. If I have to complain about anything it would be that the shower hot water doesn't get hot (even when following the instructions). Definitely a good spot to stay in!!

Had a great time at the condo, everything in walking distance and the ocean right across the street. Windows of the condo look out onto side street and back parking lot, just to remember if you want ocean view. Neighborhood is on the loudish side with restaurants blasting music into the streets, but did not bother us. Liked the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, towels) very much. Air inside the condo was a little stale.

Great location to get the beach. Lots going on, on the strip but you wouldn’t notice staying there. Restaurant all around you and you can walk all over south beach. We walked 30 miles in 5 days. We like to walk. It was a great time.

The Carlisle was a very comfortable reasonably priced property in a nice location. Our host Fran was more than helpful and everything was as advertised on Stayz.
