I would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and enough large beach towels for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk.

We had a great family vacation here at Windswept. The house is very nice lots of room and has everything you could possibly need and more. It was great having beach toys, towels and chairs available. The pool and backyard area is awesome. Super close to the beach just a short block walk. We rented a golf cart was great to get around to playground, pier and restaurants. Kay is wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend making this your next vacation rental! Not only is the rental home beautiful with amazing amenities, it is also just steps to the beach 🏖️ The owner was always quick to respond! The kids and I definitely enjoyed our time here!

Loved where the property was located. Great restaurants, 10 min from Myrtle Beach, 15 to the airport it was perfect! A few steps away from the ocean which we walked everyday. Pool was heated and was perfect.

The accomodations and property were exactly as promised.
Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 5 children.
The private pool and hot tub were definitely a hit.
Golf, ice cream and play grounds were all close by.

I can’t say enough positive things about this property!! It was clean, roomy, comfy beds, and there was absolutely nothing we needed that was not readily available to us. Let me add that the outdoor area was more than we could have asked for. Thank you Kay for your help with everything!! We can’t wait to vacation at your home again!!

We had a group of 16- including 5 children under 5. The space was plenty to accommodate everyone and allow some privacy for each family. The home was well appointed with everything we needed, plus many extras, so that we didn’t have to pack as much stuff. Location- perfect! Literally steps to the beach! Highly recommend a golf cart to buzz around the neighborhood. Kay was very responsive and the check in /out process a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location to the beach felt even closer than noted. Also within a short walk were some great spots to eat in Surfside. Great experience for families for sure.

Everything is there for a great experience! We had 8 people, from 17 yrs old and up. The beach is less than a block walk. The back yard pool, hot tub, gazebo, grill, fire pit and shed (with pool and beach gear) provided all-day fun and convenience. The house and accommodations were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and Kay was very attentive and responsive. This was a memorable trip for our families and we plan on returning. I highly recommend!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have had. Everything was clean and plenty of room for all of us. Access to beach was a short walk and easy. We especially enjoyed the back yard area. We spent a lot of time outside. Even though it was summer we enjoyed the hot tub. Nice way to relax and unwind. I was initially concerned about the parking however we had plenty of room with 4 large SUV's. Thanks Kaye for sharing your house with us. We had a wonderful vacation.

Check was a breeze, we were surprised to have so many beach towels available, she’d was full of toys the boys loved to play with. The beach was within walking distance and the neighbors were super friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely recommend this house.

We had a great time at this very clean and comfortable rental. We enjoyed the large living space, extremely clean hot tub and pool, and grill and fire pit area. All conveniently located to public beach access. And Kay (the property manager) was very responsive prior to check in, and during our stay!

The windswept property was great! The owners prepared us for our stay with notice of where to go and what to do. The beach was steps away from the beach. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities to return to after a day at the beach. Plenty of room in the house.

We enjoyed a wonderful week with old friends - all celebrating our 25th anniversaries.
The house was a perfect location - straight 5 minute walk to the beach (there is a set of steps at the public beach access at the end of the street). Beach chairs and wagon were appreciated since we flew into MB.
Kitchen amenities were exceptional! Air fryer, instant pot, all pots and pans that were needed since we did eat in most nights enjoying the hot tub, pool and fire pit after a day at the beach.
Any questions were answered witha quick text. Have definitely recommended this hoiuse to family and friends that may travel to the area.
We reserved a beach canopy and 6 chairs through a local company ahead of time to be set up and taken down each day but at the beach there are unbrellas and chairs to rent as well.

Family Vacation
We stayed here for a large family vacation and had a great time! The location and property were excellent. We were surprised with how well stocked the house was with most everything we needed plus stuff we wouldn't have expected the rental to include. The location was the perfect distance from the beach and also plenty of great restaurants and things to do including mini golf, bowling and a water park. One of the 5 beds (the double bedroom) was a little creaky but that would be the only minor con I could possibly think off. 10/10 would recommend!

Surfside Vacation
It has been a while since our family has stayed at Surfside. We had a wonderful week with quick and easy access to the beach. The back yard area with pool and covered grilling area was fantastic. The house was clean and provided everything we need to have a home away from home. The owner was quick to respond and helped in every way possible. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and three balconies to step away. The area was quiet and family friendly; close to a variety of restaurants.

Great Spot for a Family Vacation
I stayed at this property with my wife, our kids, in laws, BIL/SIL, and my wife’s cousins. This property was in a quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. The backyard pool/grille area/fire pit area was very enjoyable. The house had more amenities than expected (air fryer, keurig, drip coffee maker, lots of pots/pans for cooking) which made the stay feel like home. I’d 100% stay at this property again!

Our family got together from different states in surfside and had a great experience. Check in was easy due to a door code. The owner was in contact more than once to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is closer to the beach then I thought. Such a fun time!

Family friendly spring break
The listing is very accurate and this property was a delight. A true home away from home! The hot tub and pool area was lovely and even though we didn’t use the fire pit, it was a great place to congregate and relax. The check in process was quick and easy and the check out process was smooth and simple. I would definitely recommend this property and if we find ourselves back in Myrtle Beach hope it will be available for us to rent again!

Kay’s home was wonderful for our family vacation. The pictures do not do the property justice. Everything is as pictured, beautiful decor with a beach home feel. Fantastic Family Fun
Very nice and extremely clean!! By far the best beach house I’ve rented in the Myrtle Beach/ Surfside area!! My family and I truly enjoyed the house along with it’s very own private pool and hot tub.. The fire pit and all the automated outdoor lighting in the backyard at night was the cherry on top!! Simply Beautiful!! Kay, The home owner was AMAZING!! She was very helpful and quick to respond when needed!! I would ABSOLUTELY rent here again!!

AMAZING (5 STAR) VACATION RENTAL
We visited Surfside at the end of May this year and rented Windswept A! We try to come to Surfside every year and this was our favorite home we have ever stayed in! The home was everything they advertised and more! The convenience of having all linens and beach towels was absolutely a game changer for us! We had ample room for all of us (10 total- 5 adults and 5 kids) and the house was very clean! We actually got to meet the owner (who was great) when we arrived since we got there early and they were still cleaning and preparing for our stay! The house was clean and the back yard area was amazing! We used the pool everyday and they kept it well maintained throughout the week. There is no need to being any pool or beach toys as there was plenty of them available in the shed! We also left the ones that we had bought! The kitchen is fully stocked and we had everything we needed to eat in the home. We typically had breakfast and lunch at the house and went out to eat supper! We are HUGE fans of Bubba's Fish Shack down the street, Nacho Hippo, California Pizza, and Crazy Mason's for ice cream!! We also strongly recommend S2 Golf Cart Rentals! They brought our carts to the home and picked them up as well! Mrs. Kay has a discount code to use with them as well!! We are already planning our next trip and will be staying in this home again!! Do not worry about the home being a duplex type of home. The other side was rented the week we were there and we never heard them while inside the house. The backyard was also very private and we never felt like we were "sharing" area with another family.

Great Location! Very Clean!
The house was amazing with all its amenities. House was very spacious (pictures don't do it justice) and very private. Short walk to the beach, close to stores and restaurants. Owner's were very accommodating and answered any concerns right a way. The community is amazing. My family and myself enjoyed our stay and would most definitely book this house again.

The property was perfect for our family. Kay outreached to us at all the right times to check in during the stay and responded promptly to our couple of inquiries. The beach was a very short walk or golf cart ride away. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed for a getaway.

Wonderful house near the beach
Looking for a house for spring break and so thankful we found this one. It was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the beach; fenced in backyard with 5ft deep pool and hot tube. Our kids loved it. Even had a crib for our infant.
Communication with property owner leading up to and during stay was spot on with quick responsiveness. Would stay again.

Much needed break
Owner was attentive. Property was great. Location in area we used to stay at frequently before Covid. Used all the outdoor amenities- firepit, grill, hot tub and pool. Golf cart rental was great used it several times a day - grocery, restaurants, mini golf. Inside was wonderful enough room for everyone, clean and everything you needed for time away to relax. Will stay here again if we get the chance.
