The layout was nice, and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with tableware, pans, and utensils. Friendly staff and great breakfast options

The staff was out of line. At one point we received a call about smoking?? Yet neither myself or my partner smokes. We we're threatened by the employee at the front desk.. and told that she will make us leave. We really didn't appreciate being accused of something we didn't do. Afterwards when we left to take an Uber to The Chop House two doors down it sounded like a full swing party! The hallway was filled with marijuana smoke, people loitering, and trash from take-out. We didn't say anything but we we're upset about the situation.

Our room was modern and new and the hotel design is fantastic! It was great to have front desk employees text us to see if we were happy with our stay and we could ask questions.

Carpet was dirty. No insulation, I could hear dogs and people in the hall and above us clearly. There was blood on my sofa bed mattress pad

Love how spacious the rooms are and the friendly staff are very helpful!

Beds are little hard and hate that the pool closes at 10 pm, but just minor things.

The size of the room is perfect. So nice to have a kitchenette.

Pillows were old and soft. Carpet in the room not clean. Bed sheets looked used? We asked for a refund or discount due to leaving early for a family emergency and was denied. Also disappointed in the price for the room due to a concert in town.

You didn’t help us find another room, after you canceled us out with a confirmation number. We were getting emails from your property for the next 48 hours asking us how our stay was. The Poorest customer service we have ever received. We will be telling everyone NOT to stay at a home2 Suites.
