The most beautiful water views gave me hours of serene relaxation. I wish I could rent it again in 2024.

Had an excellent stay, contacted the host, entry is simple, location good, peaceful neighborhood, clean house, I have seen comments about the pool, not being heated, not a problem, when the sun does a marvelous job....had a great time..

In all there were 10 people in my group. My daughter brought a friend along. We had probably the best vacation we have ever had. The house was clean and nicely stocked. The property manager contacted me to let me know that she did a walk through prior to check in and the bottom step was broken in the pool in the deep end which I greatly appreciate. My in-laws loved the pool and dock! My brother-in-law sat outside on the dock daily. My children swam every day in the pool. The pool table is great. My in-laws are already planning to go back again next year! Thanks for an amazing house.

We very much enjoyed our family vacation at this home. The dock was especially amazing. It’s a great place to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. My hubby caught several types of fish including red drum, sea trout, cat fish, a few crab and a huge gar which was somewhat scary looking but still very neat to see! One morning a dolphin came right up to the dock and was fishing up and down the bay. We saw many schools of stingray as well. One evening a large beautiful bird came and stayed for some time just sitting and watching us on the dock. The kids especially the 9 year old very much enjoyed the pool. It’s especially great to have the ability to fish while someone else is swimming or vice versa. The first night there we ordered pizza from Alpha Pizza, Pasta and Prime. It’s close to the house and has great prices and tastes amazing and the staff is very accommodating. Another interesting place we visited right in the Apollo Beach area was the Ruskin Family Drive In Theater. The prices were very reasonable but cash only. It truly did feel like we stepped back into the 50’s. Bug spray is a must but they also sell it for a reasonable price at the concession stand. It’s very hard to find a drive in theater these days. It was a very neat experience for the kids especially. We threw our beach blanket on the ground and watched a movie under the stars. We are thankful we were able to make such great memories at this home with such breathtaking views.

This house was amazing we had a wonderful time it accommodated all of my family needs with plenty of room for us all it was very clean check in was a breeze and it smelled wonderful Habby was very easy to reach and quick to respond we had a small issue and he was quick in getting it resolved for us the neighborhood was a great place we felt safe I would definitely recommend this place and we will be booking with him for our next trip back down to Florida

We had a great time down here. The house was clean and in a great location. The pool was nice. The only real issue we had was that the water pressure kept messing up but the owner of the house did everything he could to get it fixed as quick as he could. He was very good about staying in contact with us.

Renting the house was easy. The owner Habby was so kind. My wife enjoy talking to him. We would definitely come back on our next trip back to Florida.

I wish I had good things to say about the property but in all honesty, I will never rent from them again. It seems like they don't ever visit the house and just are trying to make as much money on the property. Caution tape on the pool ladder and SHARP BROKEN plastic steps in the water. 3 grills sitting on lanai. a whole mess of pool toys that were filled with algae water as they had been sitting there so long. The bathroom door had a curtain over it as the pocket door was broke. The master shower is not really a shower and no grab handles, so you have to have quite good balance to get in and out and not fall. And the list goes on… I let the property manager know about some of the major issues I saw on the first day and I got a response of the property has been booked solid and things hadn’t been fixed. I offered up her people to come out and fix things and finally on the 6th day their people came out and fixed some of the issues. The positives are the location. The AC worked well too. Beds could use a refresh as the master was quite sunk in the middle. Plenty of towels.

Nice place. Clean and as advertised. One comment though, not for folks with mobility problems. We had to move a couple with mobility issues out of the master bedroom because the shower is not easy to get in and out of so renter beware. Other than that no problems. Would rent here again gladly.

Went on a family trip and the house and the process could not have been better. The pool was not heated but I was aware before we booked and my 10 year old loved it the same. The dock was great for fishing and the views were outstanding. Property manager was nice and very responsive answering any questions. The neighborhood was very nice and scenic, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to stay.

Many things at the house were outdated. The dock had splinters and was in bad condition. The lights on the dock didnt work. We had to contact the property manager because there was an animal in the attic. Two of the days we were there Terminix showed up causing us to waste part of our days because the property manager wanted us there. The pool was in poor condition for my standard. The worst vrbo we ever stayed at and the most expensive.

We loved the pool area to watch the water birds that came to visit and to watch the boats going in and out.

We enjoyed everything about the stay. Everything worked out very well. Property manager stayed in contact with us and always answered if we called.

The view is beautiful, does not make up for dirty house and pool area. The dock lights do not function so no night fishing as you cannot see. We got the pool area lights working. The hot tub does not function, neither the pool or hot tub are heated. The pool area where you sit is dirty, the grill was covered in nasty baked on black stuff (the owner told us there was another in garage which we used). The ac unit has mold all over the outside of it, mold on the ceiling vents in house. The overhead fans are dirty with dust gathered on them ready to fall on your head. When I turned the oven on it was like I was cooking hot oil the smell was very bad. This is a self cleaning oven no excuse for this. The fire detector (1 in entire house) does not work. The vacuum does not work properly, broom looked like it was from the salem witch trials. The only bedroom with a tv is master. The only dresser is in a guest room. The master bathroom does not have a door only a curtain over door. The refrigerator door has crude all on the inside bottom. The trash can was dirty inside with old spills. There were no wash cloths or kitchen towels (I bought some and left them there). The slider in in pool room does not lock. The owner had excuses for all of this. I paid good money to stay here there is no excuse.

Everything was great. The house was clean and had lots of space. We even saw a dolphin come right up to the dock. There was only 1 small problem the hot tub didn’t work, but other than that everything was good.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Best view I have ever seen when the sun goes down! Loved every bit of it. Will definitely book again!

Was really looking forward to our stay in Florida. What a surprise! Great location and house. The pool was wonderful and I fished every morning from the dock(grab your own supplies). Caught fish every morning. Family really enjoyed the local fireworks going off. Plenty of room and excellent Communication with owner. Local stores are plentiful. Booked fishing charter that picked us up from dock! Boat rental just around the corner. Great restaurants so close. This house hits all you need to have a great holiday.

Great location. Perfect for docking boat and easy access to bay. Love the pool for the kids and neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We arrived to a pool deck that had not been cleaned and a dishwasher that did not work. Food was all over the pool deck floor, covered with ants, food on the chairs, cigarettes in the ash tray, etc. we were told there was a bachelorette party there the night before and they didn’t have time to clean. We would have appreciated the notice and would have happily come later to have a clean stay. Floors were dirty sticky, cabinets and kitchen rugs stained with spaghetti sauce. We spent the first hour cleaning the pool deck. The owner did address, however, we cleaned before he could do anything about it. Additionally, the dishwasher was never fixed and we hand washed all weekend. We are not picky people by any means, and this was just unacceptable. Pool is not heated. No games for families. Only eight towels that smelled of smoke - challenging for a family of five. The space and location are nice, just dirty. Would have appreciated receiving compensation for the hassle and filth. We left the place cleaner than we found it!

Wonderful vacation! Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, it was everything we could have hoped for. The beds are comfortable as is the home. The view is amazing. The pool relaxing. The sunsets stunning.. We had a dolphin at the dock one day and a stingray another day. Birds of all varieties are a constant. Most of our time was spent on the screened in pool area. We stayed for a week with our 2 young grandchildren and it was still one of the most relaxing vacations I've been on. You hear water lapping, birds and boats. No traffic or loud noise. It's not the place if you're looking for a party atmosphere but for anyone looking to kickback and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, it's PERFECT! The owner is incredibly nice and responsive to any issues. We look forward to staying again.

The house had everything we needed. We particularly liked the dock to sit on the water watching the sundown and docking our sailboat. Communications with Habby were excellent, he was very responsive. It was an excellent stay for the 4 of us

Only complaint that we had was the the pool and hot tub were not heated. We had an issue with the bunked when we arrived, once Aida got my message she replied within5 minutes and had it fixed within 2 days.

So peaceful & relaxing! Just what we needed!

We had a wonderful stay in Apollo Beach this January! This property was a perfect location to lay low in a warm climate. We took daily walks to the beach and enjoyed watching the fish off the pier and even saw a few dolphins in the bay. And the sunsets were amazing!
