Timberline G3 bietet eine unvergleichliche Lage, es ist die nächste Einheit an jedem Lift überall in der gesamten Resort-so können Sie kommen und gehen, auf dem Berg zu sein, den Kopf zurück zum Mittagessen oder eine Pause, nie Sorgen um Parkplätze, schleppen Ski Getriebe oder Fallenlassen der Kinder aus. Sie brauchen nicht einmal eine Liftkarte auf Sonnenaufgang reiten, und es ist ein großartiger Ort, um mit Freunden und Familie zu lehren.
Unsere Einheit wurde vor kurzem renoviert und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, die bequem Platz für 10 Personen auf drei Ebenen (aber es gibt Betten für 12). Es verfügt über zwei Küchen, Whirlpool, Sauna und viel gemeinsamer Raum. Die meisten Betten wurden ersetzt Dezember 2014.

Character reveals itself when adversity hits. We came up to an april snowstorm that dumped over 25 inches of snow. Naturally the roads can be a bit harrowing in those conditions, but Joel gave us a heads up and management shoveled a path for us earlier in the day that made everything passable. Unfortunately, the area does tend to lose power, and our first day we had a ~12 hour blackout. There was an alarm that went off we had to deal with, a WFH guest who missed meetings, and had to drive to the other side of the mountain for the day. Joel was nice about it an comped us a day without us asking. The weekend was unbelievable, the ski in ski out is a ~5-7 min walk with some hill, you can ski back through the woods easier. The place was huge. There’s essentially another bedroom in the basement, a beautiful fireplace with complementary wood, updated kitchen, giant sauna. Its a great place. There was an earthquake in the area that we did not feel, but with the looming eclipse we were a bit apprehensive about the end of the world. Yet, the place felt like the spot to be if that was going to happen. The eclipse ended up being awesome, we went over to K-1 for the watch party with live music and great vibes. The world did not end, and we are excited to come back, and thank Joel for his hospitality through a stay with some non ideal situations that still managed to deliver happy guests. Just check if sunrise is open and be careful with WFH during snowstorms

Stayed with a group of 8 adult family members for 3 nights in late February 2024. Lots of room for us to be together and separate during our stay. The place was clean and accurately described. Lots of stairs. Loved the sauna! Easy access to the Sunrise chair in order to ski Killington trails. We brought all our food and there was plenty of place to store it with 2 kitchens. Nice to have the lower level family room as a second gathering space.

This condo was perfect for our group - two families including four teens! The condo is beautiful, well stocked with a perfect floor plan. Easy ski in/ski out, in-condo sauna, plenty of space to hang out after skiing, and access to the pool was icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

The owner of the property Joel is awesome - he responds immediately to any questions! The condo is spectacular, immaculately clean and tremendous! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook - lots of pots, pans, flatware, dishes, bowls etc!! There were 7 of us - Me (age 59) and 6 others ages 25-33. There is so much room, 3 levels, the living room and dining room view of the woods is incredible! It is at the end so you are right near the trail to ski down to the sunrise triple. The place was comfortable, clean and spacious, and conveniently located on the Sunrise section of the resort. Needs substantial snow cover to be ski on/off, but a 3 minute ride to the larger Bear Mountain area.

The property was perfect for the 6 of us. We had plenty of space to relax independently and sit together for meals and playing games. Joel provided everything we needed! Which is a real bonus when you are hauling a lot of gear and likely to forget things like towels or shampoo. He is also very considerate, responsive, and hospitable. I would stay at Joel’s place again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time. Joel was a very considerate host who responded readily to any questions. The trail access was seconds away. The condo was very comfortable: beds, showers, fireplace, living room, and kitchen. It was also a nice addition to have the Sunset facility around the corner (pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub). We had a great dinner at The Onion, but do not try to get take out there. They don’t do it. Joel goes out of his way to make your stay a special experience.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous top to bottom and had a surprising amount of space. The bathrooms were really nice, spa-like, and even had a a hair dryer and a flat-iron. Kitchen was well stocked and functional. Killington was beautiful and the ski in ski out was really convenient. Just download a trail map it's a big mountain and we got a bit lost trying to get back but enjoyed every minute of it. Joel was really awesome and responded to all my questions really quickly. Great property! Can't wait to go back.

We had a great stay with our two families. We arrived in a hard snow storm and faced issues related to a local power outage. The owner was terrific to deal with through that challenge, and throughout the entire process. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful stay in Killington! My family and I loved the location of this fabulous town home. Joel was Outstanding with communication and home was even better than listed. Family enjoyed the Killington Brew Festival right there on Bear Mountain. Skiied out the front door straight to the festival at the lodge. Couldn't have been any better looking forward to booking again soon!

The location is great.. a short walk to the closest trail with plenty of close parking (we had 4 cars) . The condo has a good set-up, plenty of room for all our guests and everything we needed was there, from firestarters & ample wood supply (right in front of condo), to space heaters (it was below 0 when we were there and needed them in the basement where it's mostly tile). The Bathrooms and Kitchen are updated and roomy. One thing to note is that the phone reception is spotty in that area, so making/getting calls can be tricky. The checkin/checkout process was simple and Joel was immediately available before, during and after our stay for any questions we had.

Called owner to tell him the The beds had hairs in the sheets. Ski in and ski off was not available because that side of the mountain wasn’t open. And that there was mold in the basement where there is a Jacuzzi with a bed next to it. He was very agitated that I was complaining told me some family friend was staying there to work on the Jacuzzi and maybe that’s why the sheets didn’t get changed. After the call he sent me a $750 bill telling me he found beer cans in the Jacuzzi which caused static electricity and the circuit breaker to go off

Joel was great to work with. Prompt communication was much appreciated and early and late check in/out were offered at request. His place is very cozy with a great fire place, lots of space, gas stove in the kitchen! We loved the proximity to the mountain and would stay here again.

Overall excellent experience. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were updated and clean. The sauna was functional and enjoyable.
We didnt use the hot tub so have no comment. Only small complaint were the pots and pans were dated and overused and the living room was slightly dusty by the TV but clean otherwise.
Firewood is provided through the HOA. Bring kindling and matches to light a fire

Downstairs sleeps, bathroom and hot tub perfect for our teens, ski in ski out couldn’t be easier for our family of 7, just don’t take Solitude as your run home on a warm sunny day...too flat. Great time, will come back!

My group of friends and I have shredded and stayed at Killington for the last 5 years. Sunrise Mountain is SUPER convenient - ski on-ski off, quiet, close to EVERYTHING and absolutely beautiful. This particular unit is fantastic! The house slept our group of 11 easily...plenty of room for everyone. The hot tube and sauna in the lower level is the absolute best after long days of skiing. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are clean, bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and once you get groceries, you never have to leave the unit except for ski time!
Joel is the nicest guy to work with. He's prompt with replies, willing to work with you to make your stay more comfortable and he obviously takes care of his great condo to provide a fantastic ski or summer getaway. We will be back!

Everything was exactly as described by the vrbo posting and the owner. The hot tub was a hit with my group. The trail to the lift is literally 20 yards away from the unit. Owner was very helpful with everything and is an all around class act. Will definitely stay here again.

Joel could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The condo is better than advertised. It is a short walk to the trail that takes you right to the lift to the rest of Killington Mountain.
The condo was large and clean. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing/riding. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the sauna, but I think that was more our fault than anything. We were mostly singles so it would have been better for us have a few more single beds, but we managed. There's a nice large kitchen table that was able to accommodate our large group of 10.
I can't wait to go back next year! We were blessed with great weather conditions and the condo was the icing on the cake for a great weekend.
