Perfect Cottonwood Canyons Condo
Der perfekte Ort zum Skifahren, für Abenteuer in den Bergen und zum Erkunden der Stadt. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich am Fuße der Big und Little Cottonwood Canyons, 20 Minuten von Alta, Snowbird, Solitude und Brighton und 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Salt Lake City entfernt. Die Canyons, Park City und Deer Valley sind weniger als 45 Minuten entfernt und über die I-215 und I-80 erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist mit luxuriösen Betten und Bettwäsche in allen Schlafzimmern ausgestattet. Ein neuer Whirlpool wird im Oktober 2019 verfügbar sein.
Im Winter können Sie in die Ferienorte fahren oder Ihr Auto in unserer übergroßen Garage für zwei Autos abstellen und mit dem Skibus nach Alta, Snowbird, Brighton und Solitude fahren. Die Haltestelle des Shuttles ist etwa 500 Meter von der Haustür entfernt. Der Sommer bietet auch schöne Wanderwege, Radfahren und Aktivitäten, einige lokale Wanderungen innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist mit luxuriösen Betten und Bettwäsche in allen drei Schlafzimmern ausgestattet:

Die Wohnung ist 2.200 Quadratmeter auf vier Ebenen. Betreten Sie von der Garage in den ersten Stock, wo Sie drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer finden. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus der Küche und dem Familienzimmer sowie einer abgeschiedenen Terrasse mit Bergblick. Das Loft verfügt über ein Schlafsofa. Genießen Sie einen 50-Zoll-Smart-TV im Familienzimmer mit gewölbter Decke, der alle Ihre Lieblingssendungen und -filme problemlos streamen kann, und Highspeed-Internet, das WLAN für alle Ihre Geräte unterstützt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen Geräten bietet alles, was Sie brauchen. Genießen Sie im Sommer eine entspannende Mahlzeit auf der Terrasse, die sich zum offenen Bergraum hin öffnet. Leslie's condo was the perfect home base for our group ski weekend! We were greeted with Crumbl cookies and a seamless check in process. Leslie was communicative and available for us. The place was perfect - beautiful, open, spacious, and just 20 minutes from Alta ski mountain! I would 100% stay here again.

Leslie’s property was perfect for a ski trip with friends. The condo is a great place to hang out after a long day of skiing, relaxing in the hot tub and by the fire place. The location is great for both Little & Big Canyon ski resorts. We’d definitely stay here again!

Leslie provided everything we could possibly require from hiking trail suggestions to butcher shop for Xmas dinner to restaurant suggestions. We felt so welcome! The main floor living and kitchen are so spacious and well laid out. It is very roomy. Bedrooms are nice size and very comfortable beds. The location can’t be beat! You can be at Solitude in 20 minutes and snowbird/Alta in 30 minutes. Will definitely stay again!

Personal touches made our family feel very welcome at this property. Short walk to coffee house and whiskey distillery. Hot tub is private and great natural views. Easy access (by car) to ski areas in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. Highly recommend.

The description "Perfect Cottonwood Condo" hits the nail on the head! We had a great week-long stay at this condo located right near the entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon. It provides easy access to Snowbird, ALTA, Solitude, and Brighton, as well to the restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities of SLC and Cottonwood Heights. With upstairs loft, this condo was much larger than expected. It was clean, well kept, and the kitchen was well stocked. The end-unit location (including the great hot tub on the back deck) is very private with nice views ! We would definitely visit this property again!

This property was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 (3 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids). The location cannot be beat; nestled right at the base of both canyons and close to shopping and restaurants. The condo itself is wonderful and has everything you need for a ski vacation. Just bring your ski gear. This place literally has everything else! Lastly, Leslie is a wonderful host. She's very responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip easier. My family and I cannot wait to return. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

This condo is a great location for skiing in either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. It’s clean, has a well stocked kitchen and a nice, private hot tub- ready to go.

My family (husband & 2 teens) stayed for 6 nights, skied everyday, and enjoyed the hot tub and comfy amenities. Leslie is a great homeowner. She was incredibly helpful for our late night arrival making sure our Instacart grocery delivery was put inside the house. Neighborhood was very quiet, plowed and de-iced making entry and exit easy. Walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee.

Great 2nd stay!
We came back to SLC and didn’t even think twice about where to stay. We were here a year ago and it is still the cleanest and most comfortable place to relax. The host was great and responded very quickly. The house had everything we needed and the beds are so comfortable! We will definitely stay here again. It felt like coming home!

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Very well appointed. Kitchen was very well stocked that we were easily able to prepare/eat breakfast and dinner @ the condo before and after skiing. Lots of amenities for skiers… spacious garage to unload all you equipment each day to dry out. Ski rack, boot & glove dryers. Nice hot tub and fireplace that worked perfect. Would highly recommend

Wonderful stay!
My family and I absolutely loved this place. It was so convenient to Snowbird, Alta, and Solitude ski resorts, and the condo was clean, bright and spacious. The extra touches were truly appreciated — a box of dellicious baked goods, Keurig coffee, and excellent recommendations on nearby restaurants. Beds were super comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

Great location and great property
We have stayed at many Vrbo’s and I must say this is one of the best, well maintained places. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to provide comforts that a lot of vrbo’s don’t. The owner communicated with us on a regular basis and made sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Great place if you are skiing or even in the summer if you want to be near the canyon.

Perfect Cottonwood Canyon Condo
Location, location, location! If you are a skier or boarder this is located between Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Views of the mountains are incredible from the family room and deck/hot tub. We got to see a pack of coyotes at sunset howling on the mountain from the deck. We will be back! Kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable home. Host was awesome.

Fabulous condo in SLC
My family of four had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful and just as represented in pictures and information. Lovely home, very clean and Leslie was a joy to work with. She was very responsive to questions and provide a lot of information about the area. We stayed there to ski Alta and Snowbird. Restaurants within walking distance which is very helpful. Summer family vacation
My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything that we needed, right down to a box of cookies on our arrival day. The location is perfect with restaurants and stores close by, as well as access to the freeway and the canyons right down the street. Communications were always prompt and very helpful. I honestly can’t say a single bad thing about renting there. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!

Wedding Visit
We were so very pleased with this rental! The first thing we noticed was that everything was spotlessly clean and secondly how well appointed the house was. Every little thing you might need was included in the rental. The complex was clean and quiet and felt very safe. The deck was a great spot for morning coffee and bird watching. The beds were very comfortable and the baths were clean and spacious. There was plenty of room to store our food etc in the kitchen. We ate all meals here and had all the appliances and serving pieces we needed. We had a small dinner with the new in laws and we all fit nicely. We felt safe letting our 3 year old grandson roam the house and infant grand daughter lay on the floor. All communication with Leslie was quick and efficient. We will definitely stay again!
