Kids loved the pool it was great having a metro Woolworths easy walking distance from accommodation. It was just a fun relaxing time very much enjoyed our time there.

We had a slight problem with coachroaches but they were very helpful and were trying to fix it. It certainly did not change the fact I would book again

The staff were very friendly. We were given some vouchers to use at the cafe and for kids club Kids club staff were very nice and welcoming. The hotel listened to our request on room type which was fantastic.

Overall the property is very tired and could do with a refresh. Poor quality utensils in the kitchen, fans in bedrooms only had 1 speed. Everything was functional but poor quality and basic. There was maintenance on the splash park while we were there for a few days, then another of the pools closed. The ongoing roadworks (not the hotels fault at all) were distracting

The safety and proximity of the apartment for the little ones to the water and restaurant .

The main attraction, for the little ones, was the water park, but dissapointingly, that was closed for most of our stay.

Beds uncomfortable. Towels/bins not serviced. Front pool water very dirty. Wi-Fi awful. Cinema/putt putt need attention.

Great Family resort kept the kids entertained throughout the visit. We utilised the onsite restaurant, all pools plus the tennis court and underground secure parking. Staff were amazing at check-in and whenever we had a question they were more than happy to help.

Kids facilities and multiple pools and rooms spacious and clean. Good variety of food and drinks.

-cockroach infestation -bitten badly with bugs in out bed -entry door was not locking -charge extra for more toilet paper -took money out of my account without my knowledge or consent for an extra bed I did not ask for -I am yet to receive my deposit back ($200) To date have not been responded to by the hotel company.

Absolutely disgusting and the price you pay is pathetic mouldy curtains door locks broken lounge stunk and noisy pigs above us hated every minute no holiday for my family

The pools, room itself and the Deck Restaurant were good quality.

Our room was left open by the pest control people...we had cockroaches come out of the microwave and had the night reception arguing about changing it for me to be able to sterilize baby bottles. We were unaware of the amount of road works in the area.

Fantastic facility. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you so choose, you wouldn't have to leave the resort as there is heaps to keep the kids entertained. Kids were so tired they were in bed early and we had some quiet time to enjoy. Adults only pool was nice. BBQs around the resort were fantastic and clean.

Lots of pools and slides, good size apartments & close to the beach.

No staff near the pools to stop kids jumping in almost landing on other people in the pools at often got crowded. Apartment needed some maintenance and updating.

Understand a new staff member but gave us wrong room with all bags and my wife just came from knee surgery said sorry girl new understand but had to move another 3 levels pretty disappointed

Lots of entertainment at the resort for little ones,pools are good. Staff welcoming and friendly.

A bit dusty in the rooms on arrival,a little dated. Updated televisions/smart tvs would be good for children's Channels streaming like Netflix etc for variety especially on rainy days No lifts so carrying shopping,luggage etc up stairs is a challenge. Is what it is.

The kids had an amazing time in all the pools. The rooms were great, handy for families and very spacious. Checkin was smooth and easy. Staff were lovely. Huge shoutout to the staff in the Deck Restaurant - very friendly and helpful. Overal amazing stay and we will be back.

Car parking was a little hit and miss. Very limited visitor parks. On one occasion there was a car in our allocated guest park so had to park in visitor parking.

Pool for the kids is nice lovely people friendly staff recommend for all family's with kids my daughter made lots of friends very nice and surely will go again

Happy with everything

I loved everything about this resort the location was perfect close to everything the rooms were very clean really nice food at the restaurant and the water park and pools were a major hit for my kids they had a ball and I can definitely say we will be back since I was diagnosed with terminal cancer we come up every 2 to 3 weeks now and spend some quality time with the kids while I'm still well enough so this will be the place that we will be stay n at whenever we come back up thank u so very much for the lovely stay we loved every minute of our stay thank u so very much

Liked the self contained unit with activities on the grounds for kids

The couches and pillows on couches had an unpleasant smell about them and there were many stains on the couch. They need to be replaced.

I loved the convenience of everything. Beautiful environment and just a easy get away! The staff were awesome 👌 Kids club was great! The apartment was everything we needed 🙌 Having the supermarket right next door was so handy and having the deck (resturant) in the resort was fantastic after a long day and not wanting to cook. Loved the choices with all the pools. Just a fantastic place 😁

The first night we were put in a room facing the highway which had night works ALL NIGHT! Was terrible! But reception apologised and changed our room and then everything was spectacular 🙌 they were so polite and friendly and didn't make us feel like a burden and very apologetic about the loud night we had.

very very noisy there is in excess of 400 appartments and cleaners start on bbq areas at 5am we had a bbq infront of us and behind us cleaners with noisy trolleys started at 5.30. people swimming at pools and noise up till 11 pm one night.

Generous room size, loved the amount of bedrooms. Lots of pools, the kids cinema was great, where it was situated was great. The kids loved the craft time. The toddler pool at the front was great.

The rooms were old and dirty, the floors in the rooms were so grose our feet were constantly dirty. No matter how many times i scrubbed the dining table, so much filth was coming up on the wipe. The pools were too cold and the spas were yellow and grose. Everyone stayed in them (lots of kids peeing i suspect). They charge you for everything. $5 to borrow a pool towel. You had to buy all the basics from their expensive little shop, toilet paper, dishwashing powder etc. No room service. Didn't make you feel special. More like a basic air bnb. Not good value for money if you ask me. My 4 year old didn't want to go down the slides because of the harsh jets on his back.

Location

Artificial grass around the pools are like 100 years old moulded and not healthy. Hot spa is definitely needed to be taking care of. Slide pool was closed with no notice or reason.
