The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful, they helped us with advice where to go and where it’s safe or not in the city. The breakfast is good, with fruits and fresh juice. Also the location is very good, 5 minutes to the cathedral
There are no basic facilities, but really basic - we didn’t have one hanger in our room or bathroom. Also, the windows don’t open so we had to only use ACs but I guess this is also due to safety. We saw a cockroach but they told us that this us normal in Salvador, so I guess it’s hard to help with that too.

The location was perfect in the heart of Pelourinho and close to everything basically, beach is a 15 mins uber ride, most museums are a few minutes walk, and of course the most wonderful staff.

Super friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed and good location, a short walk up the hill to Pelourinho main square. Air-con and fan will keep you cool. Very nice Brazillian breakfasts will set you up for the day ❤️

This was a pleasant and also affordable place. The stay included a tasty rich breakfast and the owner is a really nice reliable person every time willing to help you, if needed.

Staff people are very nice, they try their best to make you feel comfortable. They are very helpful and welcoming. Price is very cheap.
Hotel is noisy, rooms are small, sometimes there is no hot water. Poor facilities.

The location was great, the room was so clean and cleaned every day so well, and the host Luiz was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Joe-Luiz is a wonderful host, and makes the BEST caipirinhas! He speaks many languages fluently and is very knowledgeable about the Pantanal. The blue macaws that hang out there were gorgeous.

The staff were very hospitable, good breakfast, iced water every morning and great guidance!
The property was good, the kitchen a little dirty but usable. Unfortunately for us the city was a little unsafe, but the staff were good at easing our concerns.

The staff were very helpful, with a lovely breakfast, decent rooms and relatively good location.
For us safety in the city was a bit of an issue, the rooms are also a little stark/clinical so could probably do with a bit more colour to reflect the vibrancy of the city!

Nice stuff, strong WiFi, central location (although not so pleasant area)
The bed and pillows weren’t at all comfortable, and the bedsheets had stains on them.
plus the room is super small and the shower ran out of hot water

I love everything - the host is amazing person always ready to help, great location, clean room and really good breakfast. I spent really good time in this hotel I hightly recommend! :) :)

The staff was nice and the location was good. Also a decent breakfast.
When we arrived to the hotel there was a renovation going on which we hadn’t heard about. The room was small and the air con didn’t work at first (we fixed it ourselves).

The staff always went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and pleasant.
The breakfast was very good, a healthy variety to choose from.
