Fire alarm went off multiple times during the night. The hotel evacuated in the early morning hrs and Staff were nowhere to be found for an update or explanation. Guests didn't know when it was ok to get back inside our rooms we just decided to head back in after a while cause it was really cold outside and we were all outside in our pjs and some people had no shoes or overalls on. Til now we were never told why the alarm kept going off.

Good location Check in staff were excellent and gave us free parking as it was our anniversary.

Not all gym equipment was working and wouldn’t connect to WiFi. Tv in room - the aerial signal was awful and interactive services wouldn’t work because it wouldn’t connect to WiFi. Iron and ironing board was awful. Bed was really squeaky because it had a lose leg The bathroom door had a big hole in as if it’s been levered of the floor One metal roof tile in the room was bend which left a gap into the ceiling We have stayed in a number of Hilton hotels and this one doesn’t reflect the same standards

The safety evacuation procedures and not enough staff to help / provide information. The fire alarm went off which was a false one but we didn’t find any fire Marshalls nor any information was relayed to customers - one at night and one in morning around 7.30 am!! . The sofa bed was broken too . Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Sits in breakfast area where a little low and possibly need replacing some as foam was sank in so it wasn’t a comfortable eating position.

Breakfast wasn’t the best, sausage was cheap only one choice of egg and pastries and jams were a let down, only had strawberry jam and I don’t eat strawberry!

Close to the venue I was visiting. Easy to find good transport links. The staff were pleasant.

It was 18 floors high which I don’t mind but so busy waiting for a lift to be free. I like to have the option to just take the stairs. It is also next to a nightclub so had the base pounding till 4am. The bed was solid and not at all comfortable.

Staff on reception were not very friendly. Room wasn’t clean Air con was poor It felt very “budget” for a hotel stay that’s price was not budget. Breakfast was VERY poor- very little variety, no butter, pastries very dry We have previously loved the Hampton chain but this hotel really didn’t echo previous positive experiences.

Great location, within a 5 minute walk to the Utilita Arena. Good parking

It's a very handy location for attending arena for events. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay. Good breakfast options, plenty of fresh fruit and something to suit all. Our room was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The location was great, room was spacious, we slept well. Breakfast was lovely, and the area had a nice selection of food shops/ take aways and bars,

Had a few issues with the shower and bathroom area, but I’m sure they have addressed them now.

Breakfast was good. Being centrally located was helpful.

Parking was a problem, not clear where to go. Elevator was a real issue, having to wait for ages for the lift and then being sent up and down numerous times was frustrating.
