The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location is a little bit far but wasn't an issue for me. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around the area.

My main issue was the heater, there were nights when it didn't work and I had to sleep under two blankets because I was freezing. Because of that I felt sick in the morning and it was really hard and unpleasant to get up. Also the room itself looked damaged, felt like it needed a renovation

Always a comfortable stay in Seoul with friendly staff and nice rooms. Very comfy and spacious.

The price is worth it on weekdays, but a bit too expensive on the weekends. Not very close to any major attractions so not ideal for tourism I'd say even though there is a subway nearby.

The amenities were great. I loved the instant hot water in the shower. Check in and out was super easy and I was able to reserve a taxi to the airport at the front desk conveniently too.

I wasn't sure whether the room I was getting had a bathtub or just a shower. I don't think that was very clear in the booking. Also I didn't discover the electric kettle in my room until the second night. That was also something I wish the staff had mentioned upon checking in.

Efficient check-in, very good amenities in the room. Super-confortable bed, great shower. Panoramic views of Seoul from the room and rooftop.

A few more power outlets would be handy for the modern traveller.

I liked the parking area.

The rooms were smaller than the pictures and the bathtubs were super small.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I loved the massage chair in the fitness area. Gorgeous view from the rooftop and from the room.

I liked the cleanliness and the proximity to things. It was really easy to get on the subway or on a bus from where we were. We also had a 24 hour coin laundry nearby which was wonderful! There was also a rooftop that you could go up and enjoy the weather with some snacks and beer at night, when the restaurant wasn't open.

The laundry machines don't always work, and they dont have a dryer so you have to hang your clothes on their clothing line. But they only have one, so it wasn't an efficient system. Their gym is also pathetic with no ventilation, but it's okay because we were on vacation and it allowed us to skip the gym with no remorse. :)

View's were amazing. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Very well located, stores and restaurants near by. Staff speaks good English and are very helpful and friendly.

There honestly wasn't anything I didn't like. Would definitely stay here again.
