We absolutely loved our 2 night stay here. Just wish it was longer. It was so lovely to sit out on the little balcony overlooking the marina in the morning with a coffee and croissant and in the evening with a wine and cheese board, watching the everchanging view. The apartment is small but has everything you need. Spiral staircase up to first floor a bit tricky if you have a large suitcase. Location was perfect just minutes walk from everything. Fantastic little town to stay in. A huge array of restaurants, cafes, chocolate shops and some wonderful small shop art galleries. Just walk the streets, so much history.

Je n’ai pas bien compris pourquoi il fallait enlever les draps et la housse de couette alors que cela prend 5 minutes. Ça enlève au confort du lieu et n’est pas conforme aux attendus.

The location, the balcony, the decor, the bed

Nothing. The stairs are steep and narrow which won’t be good for everyone and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone wanting to eat in if it involves cooking although if the description is read well and the pictures viewed this won’t come as a surprise

The room and location was excellent with a beautiful view at the port from the balcony. Very romantic!

Location, location, location - this place is 5 star +, you can’t do better, the balcony overlooking the marina basin. The apartment is sort of shabby chic.

The downside of the central location is that it is virtually impossible to park in the vicinity. Best thing is unload outside entrance which is on a narrow one way street then drive away. We found plenty of free parking about 10 minutes walk away. Unfortunately the shabby is a bit too much. The bathroom for example suffers from maintenance issues such as peeling paint. Cleanliness not the best either.

The view from the balcony is truly spectacular. I could just sit there forever!

It was a bit dirty, needed a good clean and dusting.

The beautiful little apartment is smack right in the centre of all shops and the amenities to cook and enjoy the view from our own balcony was striking. In fact we noticed very few buildings around the harbour had balconies. It was tempting to sit, people watch and never go out as we had by far the best vista even from the many restaurant's point of view! Tastefully decorated and even, thanks to a passerby, found free parking below us for two days! [Alright that was luck but it can happen on rue de la Chausee!]We actually met Remi by chance and he is sweet and informative.
