The room where really clean and well organised for such a small space. The hotel team was really nice people.

The door between the bedroom and the bathroom closes itself, it’s very difficult to keep it open. It would be nice to at least have a door-hold, because it’s really not practical. The light in the bathroom is automatic detection. When you go in the toilets during the night, I let you imagine how your eyes burn. I understand the need for energy savings maybe? But it's really not comfortable. Also it was quiet difficult to join the hotel team when needed.

Extra heavy door between bedroom and bathroom Lights were on a sensor for the bathroom so would sometimes go off when in the bathroom

Very warm welcome on arrival . Room was very nice and of high quality decor . The room was cleaned daily and was kept spotless . Great location for both access to beach and city shops.

The location was perfect and chosen by me for an event nearby . I was later arriving than anticipated and Peter one of the owners waited until I arrived to show me my Room And see that I was happy with everything. I will recommend this Hotel to Family and Friends. i found it absolutely spotless throughout, very quiet and great attention to detail .

We were made to feel so welcome by Steve and Peter, and were amazed by how well presented the hotel was. Everything was *spotless* and super comfortable, with little touches to make our stay perfect. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Brighton!

The owners of the hotel are very friendly people who helped a couple of times with questions, they also liked the interior of the hotel, made for a family format

1. Upon arrival, I found a lot of other people's long hair in the bathroom 2. The bed was too soft 3. Hotel Wi-Fi is slow, like an Indian elephant. My mobile internet was weak 4. It was impossible to sleep with the window open, because even in winter screams were heard both from the side of the street and from neighboring houses. This is not the hotel's fault, but it must be taken into account. 5. All rooms in the hotel are called "Deluxe", but this is not true. The hotel sent a 24-hour notification that the room could be small if my height was over 180 cm, and offered to pay extra "if necessary". However, it should be said that I was given a room with a high ceiling for free. Anyway, there was nothing special about my room that could be considered "special". 6. There were problems with heating in the room, sometimes the

It's really well run. The parking was easy and right outside. I walked into Kemptown just 5 mins away for supper, and the same for breakfast which I ate on the seafront watching the sea. the single room was small but again, well thought out and spotless. It was ideal for my overnight stay.

Perhaps some better ventilation in the room.

We had a very nice stay and it felt very homely. The location is great because it is very quiet. The small garden is lovely in the morning with a cup of coffee.
