Sehr schönes Zimmer, gute Betten u.das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet. Parkplatz wurde immer direkt vor der Tür gefunden.

Das Badezimmer hätte etwas größer sein können,war aber ausreichend.

Gaynor was an amazing host. We had the deluxe room at the front and what a beautiful room it was!! The tasteful decor, spotlessly clean and everything you could need. The breakfast was so tasty! I have fallen in love with the bathroom!! Attention to detail is spot on! Would recommend 100 percent!!

Het ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgd, je kan alles de avond voordien aangeven wat je bij het ontbijt wilt gebruiken. Van compleet Engels ontbijt, tot bijvoorbeeld alleen toast. De gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De B&B ligt vlak bij de boulevard, maar ligt door een klein parkje voor de deur, niet direct aan de kustbaan.

Très bon petit déjeuner. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de parking privé, il a été facile de se garer dans la rue, gratuitement.

Ne pas avoir de sèche cheveux.

Such a great little b&b, Gaynor (the owner) such a lovely lady, very attentive, without being intrusive. Lovely clean twin room, first floor, very clean, comfortable firm mattresses, great shower, quiet location. Spoilt for choice at breakfast. Would definitely return! Thankyou Gaynor!

Everything, especially our host Gaynor. She was amazing. Cooking a brilliant breakfast with so many choices and nothing was too much trouble for her. The accommodation was 30mins walk to Eastbourne pier and 30 minutes walk to Sovereign Marina. It was also on a bus route to both locations.

When you consider the cost, there was nothing that we didn't like. There is free WiFi, a television, fridge and a very comfortable bed.

I paid for my parents to stay for 2 nights at number ninety one. And they had a fantastic time. There was nothing to fault with their stay. The host was extremely helpful & was very welcoming. My parents said it was one of their best stays so far!! and throughly enjoyed their time spent here. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were clean and every little detail was well thought out.

We had a deluxe sea view room with a balcony it was superb the detail in the room was great,the breakfast options was also good suited everyone's needs, location was good also for shop's pubs restaurants etc and Gaynor was a great host 🌈🌈

We liked everything

This was one of the best places we stayed. We entered the hotel around 8pm and was greeted by Gaynor, a lovely, lovely host who instantly made us feel at home. It felt less like a hotel and more like a home we were invited to. There are well-designed Eastbourne themed props decorating the hallway and you’ll appreciate every detail. Gaynor also cooked breakfast every morning—we were given a form that asks what time we would like the breakfast and had a variety of options(sides and vegetarian menu included) we can choose from. Our room was the only room on the second floor, and had a vintage English theme. There are plenty of towels, tray for shoes, 2 robes, iron and board, fridge, and amenities—there’s a tray of tea/coffee/hot chocolate with biscuits and an electric kettle. Everything you need is there, but we could also fill a form to ask for something if we wanted. Everything was so clean. Location was also excellent—3min walk away from the beach. There’s also a restaurant called the Beach Deck across the street that overlooks the clear beach view and has decent menu. Less than 15 minute walk away is the pier where you can take the hop on-off bus to get to Beachy Head and/or the Seven Sisters. Perfect stay!
