Everything was fine. The flat is very nice and clean with lots of space, it is equipped with everything you need. We were there in March, so value for money was absolutely okay. I can't imagine to pay the required price for the same flat in August or July (200-300 euros per night). In this case it would be too expensive.

Very comfortable, spaceous good equiped apartament, very nice owner. You have everything to enjoy your holiday.

a bit mouldy bath

Great location, the property had everything we needed, electric barbecue is a big plus. Stanka, the host, is very friendly. We arrived earlier and were able to check in a little before the time. The beach is a few minutes walk away.

I wish there was an iron in the apartment

Great location, close to the sea and sea boulevard, discrete and quite, not counting children on the pool. designated for families. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with everything basic you may need to prepare a meal on your own. The location is new, and probably next years the equipment will be richer as the host, Stanka, is very responsive to all your needs.

Internet connection is poor on the whole island and was not working all the time but most of the time was working, so not a big deal.

The host Stanka is great! Provided all the necessary info of restaurants, shops, and etc. Location is several minutes walk to the beach. 10‐15 walk by paved walkway by the sea to town center. Private shaded parking. Private little pool, always clean and maintained well. Rooms perfectly equipped.

We rented 2 appartments - on 2nd floor and on 3rd floor: 2nd floor - no sea view as advertised (it is blocked by large trees) but wi-fi was ok 3rd floor - no wi-fi (basically all the time) but sea view was ok :)

Having been to Malinska a few times we knew the best location for us and Futura definitely fits in with our requirement. It’s a very short walk to wonderful beaches and restaurants and the paved walk ways to the town Center are perfect for our Littleon on her bike. The apartment consisted of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child. One of the bathrooms had a bath which was great for the littlelon. The swimming pool was great as well when the wind picked up and a beach day wasn’t possible. Overall, fantastic property with an equipped kitchen, linen provided, air conditioner, electric bbq for the patio and comfortable furnishings.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t great but expected as the island gets busier. I had to do a bit of work and found early mornings were best. The chlorine level in the swimming pool was high but there was a washing machine on hand which was great.

Kitchen with everything you need. Oven, dishwasher, sandwich maker, cooking stuff..... Fridge is getting really cold, separate Freezer. Satellite TV (astra 19.2) not always working. Internet to weak But this is complaining on a high level.

The apartment was perfect, big, spacious, clean and fabulous. The pool is extra, we used it only few times, because the sea is nearby. Stanka was super nice and hospitable. It was sort, but sweet getaway.
