The view was amazing! There was ample parking, stores were close by and the restaurants were close. We had a really great time. We saw dolphins and a stingray.

The building is located in a great area. It is easy to spot your building due to trim colors. We arrived when they were beginning to resurface the parking lot so everyone was using underground parking garage. The work took a bit longer due to spring rains. Furnished well. Tile throughout on floors, easy to tidy up. We travel with our pug who especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each late afternoon/evening when we came back from the beach. My daughter was able to fly in from Nevada for 4 days and she lived the extra bedroom, full closet and bath. We would love to stay again.

We try to get to Florida 3 weeks a year and being able to stay with Theresa has been the best!

The property has an outstanding location with heated pool on the beach. Aside from the maintenance going on the month long rental met our overall expectations.

Teresa has always been a great host have stayed in her condo many times looking forward to our next trip.

We had everything that we needed, including spectacular sunrises every morning!

The condo was exactly as described, well equipped and very comfortable. I had no issues communicating with the owner as she responded very quickly to the couple of queries I had both before and during our stay. The only reason I have marked down the accuracy of description is because we were unable to use the garage as the electronic door opener does not work. This did not negatively impact our stay as there is plenty of surface parking. We hopefully will return.

Condo was right on the beach. Private entrance to the beach. Condo itself was so clean! Theresa (the owner) was so friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. If we ever come back down to Ormand beach, we'll come back.

I’ll start with the positives. The view was incredible. The balcony was the perfect size and had very comfortable furniture. Even better was that the balcony is on the east side so the intense evening sun was on the other side and it was very enjoyable to spend evenings sitting out there listening to and watching the waves roll in. Everything was clean, and the condo is very spacious and beautiful. The negative was that we started off with good communication from the owner, but suddenly we received no more correspondence at all for the rest of our stay. The main problem with that was I made multiple contacts about the main room ceiling fan not working, and I explained that it is critical that I have a fan. We tried a multitude of ways including all the ones she told me but it still wouldn’t run. I asked if someone could come check it, and that’s when all correspondence stopped. I ended up having to go spend my own additional money to buy a fan so I would have it for the rest of our stay. That part was extremely disappointing, considering that I expressed it as a critical need to the owner and didn’t even get courtesy of a response. The fan ended up coming on, the day we left, but the fact remains that it didn’t work the entire time we were there and that’s what mattered (probably has a short or something and should truly be checked for safety). Otherwise, we had a wonderful time - especially once I had a fan! Lol :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The only things that we wish would have been operational were the ceiling fan in the living room, the tv remote even though we did exactly as instructed, did not work properly, nor did Alexa. The bathroom light did not work but we made the best of it. These are minor details and the location made up for it. We enjoyed ourselves but these are easy fixes to bring everything up to 100%.

Not Teresa’s fault but 10-15 degrees warmer would have been wonderful. Fitrst class property.

This was the perfect place. The view is amazing and the hosts were so kind and helpful. It is close to the grocery story which was also a plus.

5/31 Asked about Travel Protection Insurance non-refundable. vs security deposit refundable. Her reply "The travel protection ensures my property from damage case something is broken in my condo in lieu of a security deposit". This was a waste of money for me as we make sure that we treat the condo as if it is our home. I then asked if we got there before 4 if we could go into the condo. I received no reply. 6/6 I inquired when will I get the access codes to the building and condo and received no reply. 8/13 had to text her to get codes and no response. I texted the husband, received immediate reply with the codes. When we arrived door code to building wouldn't work (code was reversed). Someone let us into the garage. We parked and unloaded our luggage, Had no problem getting keys to condo. Went to go out for dinner. There was no remote for the garage. Texted husband, he contacted Theresa. Her reply to me was " we don't use the underground parking and there is no remote." Website shouldn't say underground parking if not usable. Also, there were no cards for your car stating you were a guest of 804. All condos I have been in have them. We then had to clean all the dishes, utensils and pots and pans as there was food on them and cleaned the cabinets. The toaster was full of crumbs that we had to clean and the coffee maker had to be cleaned. The draw under stove was greasy to touch. Didn't clean it though. The to of fridge had a grill on it that we put on a shelf, but it left the fridge black which we cleaned in order to put snacks on it. The fridge door had water and ice cube to get but it was dirty and moldy. Bought bottled water. Trash can had an odor. Found food left on bottom, cleaned that. When air conditioner went on there was a musty moldy smell. Needs to be cleaned as well as exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Walked around in barefeet and feet were black. Had to wash the floors. Went to get towels for the bathrooms, the towels were folded up and were still wet. Water pressure in master bedroom is very slow. Took 2 days to clean up. TV in master bedroom has cable, the living room did not. Couldn't stream in 2nd bedroom as the screen wouldn't go on. wanted to use airbed but was sandy. The washer didn't spin clothes properly. Had to keep the setting on bulky. Dryer didn't dry properly all the time either. The amenities were excellent and appreciated and furniture was nice. We enjoyed our stay after we were done the cleanup.

You cannot beat the views from this location. It is conveniently located with lots to do around the area. Plenty of space and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Instructions were never included on how to get into the condo. If the owners husband is no longer in the picture his number should be taken off information on how to contact owner. Everything was perfect otherwise. Not complaining but someone may in the future but there was a dirty filter in the coffee pot ( no big issue) and door vent to water heater (broom closet)needed dusted. Also anyone with children should be careful and watch they don’t open the door to water heater no cover on wires could get someone electrocuted. Please don’t think I am complaining. at alI would hate for someone else to give a bad review Our stay was awesome

I grew up spending my summers in Ormond Beach, and as an adult have enjoyed summers at the more secluded flagger. Ormond by the sea is the perfect medium. The convenience of Ormond, with no cars on the beach, and on the beach side instead of across the street. It is Family friendly and near many great restaurants. This condo had a very uncrowded beach during peak season, was well stocked, and had very comfortable accommodations. There were plentiful towels, paper products/ toiletries, and comfortable furniture. The master bedroom has a near panoramic view of the ocean. The pool is small, uncrowded, and shaded in the afternoon. The owners were also very responsive and welcoming. It was perfect for our family of 5.

I booked this trip July 10, 2020 for the week of July 4, 2021. To my surprise after diving for 9 hours the place looked like someone was still there. The condo had not been cleaned. It smelled musty and it was super dated. When I called the property manager I was told they thought it was the following week and to allow them 3-4 hours to clean the condo. Who wants to wait after a long drive another few hours. After I decided I wanted my money back she told me to count my blessing and not my woes. I planned this for a year of course I was upset. I am still waiting for my money from VRBO even though shes had my money for a year.

Perfect location for a quiet beach getaway and a short drive to Daytona. Close to restaurants and necessities. Right on the beach and very clean. We didn't receive a check in email but the owner was quick to respond and get us the code for entry. We definitely plan to return to this rental in the future. Excellent!!

Beautiful view of the ocean and a great location! We thoroughly enjoyed this clean, quiet, and well stocked condo! We really liked watching the sunrise from the balcony and catching the sunset each night right outside the front door of the unit.
