Temizlik güzel yapılıyor. Otel metro istasyonuna ve saraylara yakındı. Girişinde market olması işimize yaradı. Oda biraz eski olsa da genişti ve oda penceremiz dağları ve sarayı görüyordu. Otel çok sessizdi güzel bir uyku çekilebiliyor.

Eşyalar yenilenebilir. Kahvaltı hizmeti de verseler güzel olurdu.

Perfect location. Lots to do around the hotel. The subway is a short walk and connects to most major stations.

Staff were so rude. Ignored our questions. Always we asked they were very cold face. Talking each other with Korean and ignored our questions.

I stayed in this hotel few days ago and then left for Busan before returning to the same hotel. The service and room were different. This time, the staff were more helpful. They also gave me a bigger room.

In the spirit of eco-sustainability, the hotel does not provide toothbrush. Not sure why they provide combs and ear cotton buds. They provide coffee and tea but not sugar and creamer. The hotel sells airport limousine tickets but only for adults.

Location and accessibility.. short walk to many tourist hot spots and plenty of food around the hotel.

Unable to modulate the Aircon in the rooms and the lights in the room cannot be switched off.. a bit dated when it comes to in room facilities

The location of the hotel is amazing. Very close to everything! The rooms were clean but were pretty basic.

The rooms are a little dated and need a facelift.

Centrally located to all the districts and attractions. Staff are very nice and helpful. Food and gym was great!

Our first room the AC didn’t seem to work very well but a staff helped but it seems that room just was very humid.

Very close to Gyeongbokgung Palace , Gwanghwamun Plaza and Deoksugung Palace. Metro stop is just 400m away and connects you to any other places in Seoul. Direct bus to international airport is just in front of the door.

조식 뷔페에서 매우 실망했다. 단체 손님들로 꽉차있었고 너무 시끄러웠다. 아침 7시반 시간에 너무 시끄러우니 아침부터 단체손님으로인해 정신에 없더니 음식도 너무 맛이 없어 제대로 먹을수 없었다. 쌀국수도 형편없고 과일도 맛이 없을 정도. 이것은 전체적으로 성의없는 뷔페이다. 누군가 커피와 비스켓만 주어도 그것이 성의가 있는지 없는지 한눈에 알수있는것 아닌가.. 숙소는 이용할 의향이 있지만 뷔페는 다시는 이용할 생각도, 추천할 생각도 없다.

There is a bus stop for airport limousine bus right in front of the hotel! Ticket exchange and bus station for Seoul City Tour Bus is also less than 100m away from the hotel. Subway is also walking distance. There’s a convenience store right beside the hotel. This hotel has the most accessible location. Staff (front desk and housekeeping) are very friendly too. We never missed our daily supply of bottled water.

호텔의 위치와 어느 곳보다도 넓은 숙소 크기

70년대 오픈해서 노후화된 건물이다보니 화장실에서 냄새가 나는 것과 카페트가 오래된게 아쉬웠다. 하지만 위치가 너무 좋아서 2번째로 머물렀는데 만족했다.

Room was very spacious and clean (toilet comes with a bidet!). Although it looked a bit old, but it gives the antique feel and the facilities in the room are very updated. The airport bus 6701 drop-off and pick-up point is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The hotel is in between City Hall Stn and Gwanghwamun Stn hence very convenient to get to other places. A lot of sightseeing places within walking distance (i.e Cheonggyecheon, Gwanghwamun Palace, Deoksugung Stone Walls). Hotel staff were also fluent in English and were very helpful in answering our queries.

The check-in counter is quite squeezy, can only serve about 2 - 3 guests at a time. May be crowded during holiday seasons, but we came during non-peak season, not many guests were checking in at the same time. The hotel lobby is also lacking of sofa seats. Didn't see any hotel attendant who could help to bring up our luggage. We had to bring up and down our luggage ourselves.

지방에 살면서 서울여행시 늘 이용하는 호텔입니다 4인가족이다보니 이호텔이 가장 넓고 이동하기도 편하더라구요 근데 이번만큼 실망한적이없네요 일단 도착해서 숙소에올라갔더니 문이 활짝열려있어 확인해보니 뭐가 고장이나서.고치고있다고 프론트에 연락해 다른방을 안내받아보니 그방도 고장수리중! 고치러오신분과 청소하시는분들도 우왕좌왕 서로 소통도 안되어 짯응스러운 말투로 대하고 프론트직원은 미안하다하면 그만이고 너무 불쾌했네요 수건도 , 생수도 모자라고ㅡ프론트,하우스키핑 전화 연결도 계속안받고 전날쓰던수건 말려서 다음날쓰고 냉장고를 여니 긴머리카락이 나오고 정말 너무실망했네요 프론트 직원분들 말로 미안하다고는 백만번도 더 할수있습니다 진정성없는 사과는 필요없네요 진상소리듣기싫고 아이들이.있어서 큰소리안내고 지나가려했네요 속여선 부글부글 끓지만 어쩌겠어요 손님이 그야말로 객이고 을인걸.. ㅜㅜ

アクセス、部屋の広さ

Family room is comfortable for us (2 adults and 2 teens). Happy with daily cleaning. Close to Cityhall MRT and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Can reach the main shopping area of Myeongdong within 15 mins.

The shower tap was hard to use, it became hot very fast and not easy to adjust back to decent temperature. Would be better if hotel can provide teaspoons and give coffee is normal power form, instead of tea bags.

Hotel is a bit outdated. No changes from the last time I visited about 10 years ago. Bathroom requires ventilation when showering and doing #2.
