the building was old but interesting and kept in good order , the view was interesting at the back , the staff were very friendly and very accommodating , the breakfast was superb , fresh , hot and tasty the staff were very helpful as one of us needed a gluten free diet which was no problem for them

breakfast was good. buffet bar with good quantity although the quality could be better. all Asda own brand. they even made me poached eggs. However, they did not have any decaf coffee n no fresh coffee. it was a machine.

I paid extra for standard double room. The budget rooms were on top floor and small so wanted to avoid it. Guess what. I got top floor and very small room. I visited reception saying I paid for standard but got budget. He said no. I asked what the difference was between my room and budget room. He said budget rooms look over the rear of the property. His face when I said I was looking over the roof top. So I paid extra but got budget. RIP off. No hot water and window would not close.

The hotel is really nice for the kidney we paid for a Saturday night. Great location, nice staff and a very good breakfast!! On the pier end of llandudno, near everything really. Would stay again. Thanks:::)))

Just opposite a few bars that had music on til 11pm. But thats our fault we go to bed before 11pm., not the hotels!!

Location is great, busstop around the corner and just a short stroll from the pier, the old Tramway and the promenade. Plenty of shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Good beds. Breakfast was excellent! Lovely staff, they will go out of their way to help with anything you need.

Hygene could be better but wasn't too bad. Shame the restaurant was closed, I would have liked not having to go out every evening. Maybe it will reopen soon, I haven't asked. Check before booking.
