Lodge was very comfortable and warm. Everything you could think of was provided, made to feel very welcomed by John & Liz. Fantastic breakfast. Close walking distance to town. Would definitely like to return.

Wonderful host who work extremely hard although for us it was a b&b breakfast was in the table at time of pre order request and was of a good quality ,would we go back 100% we would thank you John & liz

Excellent breakfast, easy walk to beach, no trouble parking on street. Easy access by car.

Room a little small. Excessive heat meant it was warm inside and open widows meant all noise in the garden was very apparent

Location was perfect. It was great having our own entrance. There were two nearby parks for walking the dog.

Liz & John are lovely, breakfast is gorgeous & room exceptionally serviced everyday.

John and Liz were very friendly and helpful and accomadated our late arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent stay will return in the future would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Lots of choice for Breakfast, Garden tables outside allowed us to mix with other guests for social gathering, we shall be returning. This was a home from home experience. Dog friendly and very accommodating. Met some return customers and we shall definitely have this location top of the list when returning to Hunstanton. We have already pencilled in December for mini break.

Only thing I can say here is; we didn't like leaving!

Accommodation was excellent. Lodge was very spacious, clean and modern. Good choice of breakfast items which were all delicious.

Breakfast choices were very good. Cooked to order and delivered piping hot .

Shower was a little temperamental

Excellent B&B. Great hosts and superb choices for breakfast. Local undyed smoked haddock and poached eggs were outstanding and the full English was brilliant. Room cosy and well equipped... Heated towel rail and fresh milk in the fridge... Excellent location and a great break.

John and Liz are gorgeous. Food is fantastic. Premises are spotless and comfy. We will be going again.

There's nothing we didn't like.

The host's were so lovely and incredibly hard working. The breakfast were exceptional with high quality produce used. We have family that are local and have pasted on their business card to them for the future as a place to recommend. You have use of the garden which is lovely for a moment's peace or a nice quiet cuppa.

Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, full English, walking distance to beach, free parking , tea and coffee facilities in room, fresh milk in fridge, room lovely plenty of space
