El restaurante estuvo bien. No tuve tiempo de conocer otros servicios.
La habitación con una decoración muy lúgubre y anticuada, tienen una gran área de oportunidad mejorando el interior de las habitaciones, porque los jardines y áreas exteriores son muy agradables. Por favor CAMBIEN LAS ALMOHADAS por unas mejores. Están nefastas.

Service was excellent. It’s the perfect place to relax and go out of routine. Food is SO GOOD! and the view is amazing.
I completely recommend it.

The receptionists were not very friendly, when we asked for recommendations of where to eat or do a Temazcal outside the facilities , we felt it was rude to ask.

Beautiful location and set up. The view is fantastic.
One day we arrived late and the room hadn't been cleaned. We had a leak in the bathroom.

Rooms are big and comfy. Loved the hot shower. Facilities are fantastic, several pools and quiet areas. Really a place to rest, read, detox etc. I imagine they organize many retreats, it is the perfect place for it. The spa is amazing. Views are great.
The restaurant is mediocre compared to the place. Staff is nice and they serve food anytime but I tried different things on the menu and apart from mexican dishes, food is really not what you expect to receive in such a place for this money.

Amenities are separated and there is no service in all of the amenities.

The view is really amazing. I really enjoyed the temazcal.
The restaurant was ok, but some dishes in the menu were not available. I suggest to widen the time of service, breakfast starting at 8:30 am was too late for us. If you want to have lunch early there was no service.

The rooms are very simple, the actual location is incredible. I enjoyed the massage the I got.
The wifi did not work in my room and the decoration in the room was very standard for the price.

After being in the city this was a wonderful escape. The views are incredible, there are very nice pool areas, there were beds available and space to relax so we weren’t over crowded. There was service from the sunbeds so we enjoyed some food and drinks in the sun. Definitely book in for a massage, we had the 50 minute relaxing massage, it unlocked a whole new level of relaxation, we slept so well after that. We also had a lovely dinner overlooking the mountains. Really a very beautiful place to stay, I would come back again. We were gutted we only booked one night!
