Wonderful location next to the harbour, next to the pub, next to arctic henge, next to a beach with huge waves! Wonderful funny and kind icelandic people! Very clean, very comfortable!

Nice reception, staff friendly, very clean, nice shared room with kitchen facilities. Over-all atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

Worn, old house on the outside, yet inside clean. The room we had was small, yet compensated with shared living room and kitchen.

It was super comfortable, with all we needed for our stay, they even had a washing machine

Got upgraded to an apartment and loved it! Had a full kitchen, shared laundry, and comfy beds.

It was warm. Has big windows to look out from. A chess set. A TV. Good kitchen. Hot shower and free wi-fi. Location was also good.

Oven didn't have a shelf inside. Cups were too small for tea or coffee.

Customer service was excellent. Dora, the manager, was very helpful and very friendly. Thank you Dora.

Great location for visiting this part of Iceland

At least one more washroom for the number of rooms that need to share them. Rearrange the laundry facilities outside of the washrooms. Offer a breakfast as there are not many restaurants in the area.

The town itself is very quirky and may not be for everyone. If you want to be in a friendly, small fishing town on the edge of the Arctic circle and be exposed to exceptional hiking and amazing coastline look no further. The guesthouse is simple and homely. The lady at the reception is an absolute super star.

The host was super kind! additionally, on every plant we had a space for cooking and a small living room. I was in a group of 18 people and we could enjoy our staying there. additionally, laundry and dryer machine are availabr for free! we spent 2 nights there and we loved the Nest! one of the best of our trip!

Really nice place and Thorni was a lovely and very helpfull receptionist. It all helped to make for a memorable 2 nights in Raufarhofn.

Friendly and cozy spot in the metropolitan of the north.

The property is easy to find, along the main. The Artic Henge is visible from the property and is about 2 minutes drive. Ms Dora was very accommodating and helpful. She gave information about Raufarhofn prior to our arrival so we can prepare what to bring.. Even after checking out, she was available for questions when we're having problem on the road.

Wifi is weak. I keep getting cut off.

We initially booked a double room with shared bathroom and we were upgraded to a studio apartment which was a lovely touch and appreciated. The guesthouse was immaculately clean! Perfect location for artic henge and seeing the northern lights. Good communication for the owner to let us know about grocery store times etc. Would highly recommend!
