Dieses Cottage mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im Sparrow Pond-Bereich von Kiawah Island liegt 32 km südlich der historischen und wunderschönen Stadt Charleston, S. C. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im üppigen, abgelegenen Teil des West Beach. Kiawah Island ist einzigartig unter den Barriereinseln, im Gegensatz zu Hilton Head oder Myrtle Beach gibt es praktisch keine kommerzielle Entwicklung. Das Cottage mit drei Schlafzimmern bietet Platz für sechs Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Whirlpool / Dusche und einem Flachbild-TV. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Das letzte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Das zweite Badezimmer verfügt über eine geräumige Dusche. Eine abgeschirmte Veranda und ein großes Wrap-Around-Deck bieten viel Platz für die Besucher. Die tropische Umgebung innerhalb eines 5-minütigen Spaziergangs zum breiten Sandstrand ist ein idealer Ort für Familienspaß, einen ruhigen Kurzurlaub oder Romantik. Das Gebiet um den Sparrow Pond ist relativ klein mit einer toten Zufahrtsstraße, was zu wenig Verkehr führt. Der Gemeinschaftspool liegt verkehrsgünstig am Fußweg zum Strand und ist für Besucher des Sparrow Pond kostenlos. Der Cougar Point Golfplatz ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Kilometerlange Wander- oder Radwege bedecken die Insel. Das Einkaufszentrum Fresh Fields liegt 3,2 km mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto vom Cottage in der Nähe des Eingangs zur Insel entfernt. In der Mitte finden Sie ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Geschäfte, Drogerie, Spirituosengeschäft, Café, Sportgeschäft, Restaurants, medizinische Versorgung und vieles mehr. Bohicket Marina ist eine weitere Meile in der Nähe des Eingangs zur Sea Brook Island und hat einen Full-Service-Yachthafen sowie weitere Restaurants und Geschäfte. Seien Sie sicher, bei Sonnenuntergang dort zu sein!

This is our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. It’s a clean, comfortable setting with all the things needed for a beach vacation. The owner is very accommodating and available.

Property was well equipped with everything we needed! Clean, and very comfortable. Love that there were bikes and lounge chairs. Would stay again for sure. Our dog Willy loved his stay as well.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Restaurants and shops are a short drive away. Would highly recommend.

From the minute we walked in, we could see right away we made an amazing choice! Four adults two tween girls. We used the bikes, the beach and the community pool! The house was very clean, well equipped with things you sometimes don’t get in a rental. We were thrilled with this property, location and the owner. We will go back!

I agree with another reveiwer who said the photos don't really show how beautiful this cottage is inside. Frank has really updated this cottage and it is a lovely, modern beach home. We had absolutely everything we needed and were so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the layout of the sofa and swivel/rocking chairs in the living room for watching TV or relaxing with a book. Frank has thought of everything! We also enjoyed meals out on the screen porch. Frank is super organized and a great communicator. We were arriving the Saturday after Tropical Storm Idalia and Frank reassured us all was well with the property before we made our trip. We used the bikes every day too! Thanks so much Frank! We hope to be able to stay here again! This was our third time on Kiawah and our favorite place so far.

This home is super clean and the pictures do not do it justice when it comes to the remodeling they've done...beautiful. Beds are super comfortable. The home, deck, screened in porch all very roomy. It's fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, lots of beach chairs, 4 bikes, a few boogey boards, various bags of sandcastle making toys, etc. We didn't use the pool, but we passed it on the way to the short walk to the beach and it is nice. The owner, Frank, responds very quickly with the couple of questions we had. We highly recommend and we hope to go back next year. :)

I visited with my mom and almost 2 year old. Beautiful, thoughtfully well-equipped home that could have easily accommodated more adults and children.
Easy walk to the beach, even with a very busy toddler! The house was very convenient to stay in with a small child, and it was easy to make my baby’s bedroom dark for naps. We were able to close off the only set of stairs with a basic baby gate, and our toddler loved the wrap around deck. Quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood. 10/10! We’ll definitely be back!

Frank's house was the perfect location and house for our family visit to Kiawah Island. It was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed for the weekend. We came for the Kiawah Marathon, and this house was a perfect walking distance to the start/finish line! Highly recommended to stay here!

This is perfect for a quiet relaxing trip for a small group. We had 5 in our family ages 18 and up.
We had plenty of space for everyone.
The best things I can say about this cottage is that it was very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed and all were up to date. There were also various essentials in case you forget something.
If you are looking for quiet, peaceful, and cozy, this is the perfect place. If you are looking for touristy near the action, this may not be for you. We unanimously agreed we would love to stay here again.

A wonderful week
We were very pleased with this property which lived up to it's billing. In particular the well stocked kitchen had the pots, pans and utensils to make many of our favorite seafood dishes since the take out restaurants were a little overwhelmed.

We enjoyed our time at this property. Having the beach bikes and chairs and being only a short bike ride to the beach made for some great days. The property itself worked well for us and we found it to be well-supplied with the things we needed. When I did have a request for more hangers in the closet, Frank had them dropped off the same afternoon.

Best equipped home we have ever rented
This home is a very convenient location, super clean and had not been stripped down like most rentals. This home was the best equipped of any we have ever rented and it was close to perfect! Loved it!

This was a great rental for our family of four. It was small but comfortable and very well located close to the beach, pool and golf club with amenities. We really liked the location. We brought our own bikes but there were 5 well cared for bikes, beach chairs, toys and beach towels. House was stocked with needed items and the owner was very good to work with. We cooked all our meals in the house and made several picnic lunches and breakfasts to take to beautiful parts of the island whether at the nice park or beaches. Reasonable rates without all the ridiculous extra fees, expenses and charges that the local rental companies and some owners charge on VRBO making this owner a desirable owner to work with and we will for sure rent from them again in the future. Thank you for the hospitality and comfortable house. Check out the Mingo point and marsh lookout tower and take lots of bike trips throughout the beautiful island.
