Absolutely everything. Parking on the territory, even for electro cars. Good restaurant
Service at the restaurant finishes too early. If you arrive around 9 pm, no chance to eat.
No lounge zone, no lobby.

Beautiful building in lovely gardens and well located for a stroll into Grignan with its cafes and restaurants. Recently completed Bistro is very impressive.
Bistro service can be superb, but it varies depending upon whether restaurant manager Fred is on

Incredible grounds and views ! Gorgeous property. The view from the restaurant is amazing - that's the main reason why we stayed there. Dinner at the Bistro was good. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is expensive at 25€/person but totally worth it. The staff was incredibly nice, both at check in and at the restaurant. Easy walk to the village. Overall a great stop on our way to the Riviera. Easy parking by our room. Loved the lavender complimentary drink at check in !
Wall defects in bathroom. A little unexpected for a place like this. Room was smaller than expected and a little "blah". But the view from our room was fantastic (castle). We would stay again !

The hotel was beautiful. We arrived at 16:00, quickly checked in and took a stroll in the town. The night views of the hotel is fantastic. We had a comfortable stay. I had requested for charging for my EV, and it was possible to do it during the night. We were on route to Barcelona and this was a perfect spot for us to relax for the evening and enjoy the town / Grignan Chateau and views from the top. Would definitely recommend the hotel. Next time, we will plan for a few more days!!

Our check in was excellent with a very pleasant and informative man. Beautiful location within minutes of walking to the village. The hotel is very pretty, with a lovely outdoor pool, towels provided, and also a natural pool which we didn’t use. Our room was large ,clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view over Grignan Castle. The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower also with the same view.
We ate at the restaurant which was covered but open so no problem if rain or blazing sunshine.The food was good, and well priced.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Amenities were top class, nice rooms and gorgeous gardens. Loved the pool.
Most of the staff were lovely I.e. reception but not everyone was friendly. Food options were limited and couldn't eat at the pool.

Beautiful hotel. Great pool. Very clean. Large room with great views of the castle. Restaurant is beautiful and the staff are very helpful with dietary requirements. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for walking into grignan. Parking at the back of the hotel is very handy for the rooms to bring in your luggage.
The restaurant is booked up very quickly because it is great! So book ahead.

Well located for easy access by car and on foot to Grignan and our bedroom was excellent in every respect, comfortable bed, air conditioned and very clean.
It is generally excellent but there could be more shaded outside comfortable seating not just the restaurant terrace seating. The attitude towards non French speaking hotel residents seeking a mid day lunch without a reservation could be more welcoming.

Gorgeous hotel set in gorgeous gardens on the periphery of a gorgeous historic town. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay very relaxed and comfortable. Good choice at breakfast.

There was an additional access road which would have been easier to avoid hoisting the luggage into the hotel/ up the small stairs - left my bigger suitcase in the car
