Location was set in the beautiful countryside, middle of nowhere , so peaceful and near a nature reserve, but only a couple of miles from city centre. Property was out of this world , much more than a cottage . So homely and extremely well equipped with Smeg appliances. Our host Debbie went out of her way to make us feel welcome , provided us with fresh milk , tea coffee biscuits , ice , a bottle of bubbly , fresh towling robes , toiletries and much more . Debbie's son also helped us with the free WIFI set who was so polite and helpful . All in all this place is a little gem , Debbie and her Son made it even more special . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

Perfect location for a quiet break. Beautiful countryside and private gardens with private hot tub. Really friendly helpful owner. Lovely accommodation.

I came to Lincoln cottage with my partner over bank holiday for one night and we absolutely loved it. Debbie was a fantastic host and we really have no complaints at all. We will certainly be coming back, thank you so much :-)

We loved the area, we loved the access to the city without feeling like being in a city. Loved the walks and loved the facilities.

We had an incredible stay here. Debbie is a fantastic host who can’t do more for you, and the cottage was such a peaceful little getaway in the countryside. It was clean and cozy inside and the hot tub was a lovely treat. The cottage felt particularly safe from a COVID perspective - very clean and secluded enough that you didn’t have to come into contact with anyone else. We went into nearby Lincoln to visit a few restaurants and they felt very COVID safe too. Would definitely visit again :)
