The room was huge, the shower was large, the bed was very comfortable. The room, called "Prince," had an extremely high ceiling. The AC worked very well. The breakfast was excellent! Staff were very, very helpful and nice.
There is no elevator. The area has no access for cars, so when you arrive and leave, you must walk some distance to get to a street where a taxi can come for you. I did know these things in advance.

Wonderful room on the top floor with large balcony overlooking the bay. Big comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Great central location. Nice breakfast. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
No lift - but we didn’t know this before we booked which was fine.

Location was top - beautiful view from balcony. No elevator but we were only one floor up. Noise from restaurants beside hotel, but not from the one directly under us. Room was fairly quiet at night. Top service at reception (24h) and good variety breakfast in neighbouring building.
Be aware that it’s a pedestrian area, so you need to walk about 200m from taxi drop off. Taxi to airport 30€.

Wonderful room, big and airy. Location can't be beat. Breakfast is great. Bathroom is the best. Lots of plugins and reading lights.

Perfect location. Beautiful rooms and the view from the roof was amazing. Also the breakfast had many choices and it was all tasty! I definitely recommend it

The location of the hotel was right in heart of the old town. The room was modern, clean, serviced daily and the views from the balcony were amazing.

Parking is a nightmare. Cannot pack at the hotel. It's not far to the parking lot. 5 minute walk.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and were so friendly and welcoming! The room was beautiful and had a gorgeous view of the old harbor. They even arranged airport transfers and laundry for us!

The location is GREAT, the room was super cozy and the bed super comfortable, the staff very helpful, the cleaning lady was so so sweet and very attentive 🥹 we LOVED staying in this place
The only thing I’d say is that I’d expect a bit more variety for the breakfast, but it was good!

Wonderful location overlooking Chania harbour; very helpful, pleasant staff who went the extra mile. Everyone, including the cleaner, had a smile for us.Comfortable beds. Very clean. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent Hotel, our room was large and spotless clean with a fantastic view over the harbour.very friendly and helpful people on reception. Breakfast was delicious with a good.choice. Beds very comfy and shower large and modern. Will be going back next year

The location was fantastic and the balcony had a great view over the harbour . Easy reach to shops and restaurants. 10-15 minute walk to a beach . The property was extremely clean. The breakfast was great with lots of choice each day.
The room was on the smaller side, maybe less furniture (armchair and chair not needed). I would return but spend a little extra on the bigger room.

Location was excellent right in the middle of the Venetian Harbor. Breakfast was very good made fresh daily with a good variety to pick from
There isn’t an elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs

The staff were very friendly and supportive.
A last min request for a Balos beach trip was made and it was organised. The breakfast was one of the best! On one of the days, the staff even gave us packed breakfast as we were starting our day earlier.
There was a nice coffee machine available in the room. The room could however include a kettle and tea bags.
