The Location. Food is nice

My Room did not have side lamp. Need to call then they install it. The check in cannot be a little earlier which a disappointment.

I recently stayed at a spacious room that was perfect for two people, and I truly appreciated the extra side bed. It gave us plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the adult-only pool, it provided a serene atmosphere that really helped me unwind and enjoy my time.

I recently stayed at your hotel (26/10/2024 - 27/10/2024) during the peak season and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Upon check-in, I noticed that there were no slippers or towels provided in my room. Firstly, the house keeping only send the slippers but no towels. I had to go to the reception to request the towels. (4.30 pm - 7.00 pm). It seemed that the high volume of guests may have affected the usual standards. Additionally, the dustbin was placed on top of a chair, which seemed quite unusual and inconvenient. I also found that the cleanliness of my room did not meet my expectations, likely due to the high volume of guests. Furthermore, the toilet had a noticeable smell, which was quite unpleasant. Lastly, I was disappointed with the breakfast, the nasi lemak and kueh teow lacked flavor and did not match the quality I had (27/10/2024) I understand that peak times can be challenging, but I believe addressing these concerns could greatly enhance the experience for future guests. This older facility neeeds some updating/love but if you understand that, it is a lovely place to relax. And the spa services and infrastructure were outstanding. Liked the peacocks wandering around freely. Good staff. The pools were great, the adult pool was Impeccable.

There is a cute petting farm but the animals are caged and the hotel should simply build a mesh top instead of small cages.

the bathtub area is very dirty, full of dust. the sink area when you want to open the hot water their mirror frame is stuck the opener. staff acting very slow, not professional at all, when asking a drink at avi lounge they don’t even understand malay, standing outside asking for open door their acting slow sia, they do their own job, nust let you standing outside more than 5min. I book the highest price RM650 room sea view, but when I go to the room the view is bad enough and the sea view is so bad. there the view full of property only can sea a litter view. very disappointed

The staff at the coffee house n Lounge were exceptionally polite and hospitable. Thiru , Amiri n Nena. they deserve 5 *****. We had Room 605 n 606. The wiring connection were loose and was difficult even to get our mobile charged. We had tea n cofee in the rooms but was not given any teaspoon or stirrer. The bed was superb both king size n 2 single bed. We had been there before in 2010 that's why we made a return stay. However this time we were very disappointed. The toilet in 606 was leaking but was soon fixed after the complain. Our son was supposed to check in 17th Jun to 20Jun was his pre honeymoon but after what we experienced, he is likely to cancel his stay for June. These are our feedback .

On the last day of our stay had to have bfast in the rain due to the coffee house was full due to seminar but the staff was exceptionally great. Above all very disappointed with the property . Its looks nice on the website but crapp when you stay there. Consolation the staffs were the saviours to the bad experience of our stay. Thank you.
