Location is excellent. Very close to public transport. Room has enough space to move around. Staffs are helpful.

Toilet is a bit small.

It's a great, quiet location, without the nightly concerts of the city center, but within walking distance to a metro station with access to the city center or Charlottenburg. Spacious room, work desk, comfortable bed, friendly multilingual staff. Exceptional cleanliness, tasty, varied breakfast.

The stability of the WiFi connection could be enhanced to ensure uninterrupted functionality. Although it generally operates efficiently, occasional instances of latency arise, necessitating brief waiting periods for restoration.

Staff were so wonderful after I made a mistake with check in time and they managed to get my room ready much earlier than they thought they would have to. I was very appreciative of it. Breakfast was good, a continental breakfast spread with some cold meats and eggs available. Location was excellent, a minute's walk from the U-Bahn station, restaurants right outside the hotel as well as a shopping center. The room was large and had a small fridge

Wifi was very weak as my room was at the very end of the hall (the closer I was to reception the stronger the connection). There was a problem with the buzzer on the front door of the building when I first arrived, I had to call the Hotel to ask to be let in but they were very kind and came down immediately.

გადავწყვიტე ქართულად დავწერო: კარგი სასტუმროა, სუფთა და წყნარი. მაღალჭერიანი ოთახებია, ნათელი, რაც დიდი სივრცის შეგრძნებას ტოვებს. ყურადღებიანი და მშვიდი პერსონალი. საუზმე მრავალფეროვანი. ეს სასტუმრო რის გამოც ავარჩიეთ იყო ლოკაცია - ნამდვილად კარგი მდებარეობა აქვს. მდებარეობს მეტროს პირდაპირ, 1 წუთში მეტროში ხარ. იქვეა ზოოპარკი - 3-5 წუთის სავალზე, იქვე მთელ ქუჩაზე მაღაზიებია უამრავი, მათ შორის სავაჭრო ცენტრი KDW და LEGO-ს მაღაზია უუუუმაგრესი. კაფეებიც ბევრია. სიამოვნებით დავბინავდები შემდეგ ჯერზეც.

ჩემთვის არ იყო მნიშვნელოვანი და არც დამჭირვებია, მაგრამ.მაინც დავწერ - ჩვენ ოთახში არ იყო კონდენციონერი (სხვა ოთახებში არ ვიცი), სამაგიეროდ იყო ვინტილიატორი. თუ ვინმესთვის ეს მნიშვნელოვანია იკითხეთ მაინც.

Perfect location with all means of transportation and shopping at your doorstep. Clean and well taken care of. wifi good quality.

Many steps in a steep stairway to enter the hotel. No lift. Remote control for tv was missing and the tv didn’t work due to that.

The staffs are really really kind and have a good behavior. The hotel is in a good part of a town and there is a high safety there.

Great location if you are taking public transport here - parking is very difficult to find, or is very expensive. Good breakfast included in the offer. Basic room with adequate facilities - the mini-fridge and kettle were good to have.

The hotel does not have an elevator to its location on the 2nd floor. Hence not wheelchair/ baby trolley friendly. The beds were not very comfortable.

Location, "value for money", staff, nice and clean facilities/bed, breakfast, many interesting places within walking distance, various public transport opportunities close by!

Internet and TV-programmes far below expected standard, should be fixed ASAP

Overall impression: I highly recommend this place, especially if this is your first visit to Berlin. As you can find a lot of interesting places in the area of the hotel. Personnel: Personnel are willing to help the guests and they ask for feedback. Very polite and professional. Breakfast: When it comes to breakfast, hotel provides variety of products to choose from. Which is convenient. Atmosphere and interior: This place is cozy and beautiful. Luxurious views from the windows, clean and accurate rooms. This is something to come for, especially before the Christmas, when everything is decorated.

Lots of the "hardware", from shower head to door handles and floors were old and in not great shape

Central location, nice and cosy room, good service, real good value.

Insulation is not at its best, sounds (mostly cracking floor in the corridor) can really be heard in the rooms.

We were lucky that during our stay the Berlin Marathon went across the square from the hotel which was amazing. It was like an all day street party. Breakfasts were good and staff were friendly and helpful.
