The way the personal talk to me. I made a comment about the price because in my reservation i had to pay 22.5$, so when i arrived, the man told me that i had to pay 28.5$, i asked him why, so he told me that there are a lot of hotel over, if o don't want to pay the price, i can go out and find me another hotel. What a way to talk to a client.

the restroom was old and the toilet didn’t have the lid.

No good breakfast aand lunch

The only thing I like was the location. My wife and I we were in a wedding and we wanted to stay in a place just to sleep we had to departure to punta cana next day.

I thought we got a bargain saying it was in discount and we decided to stay. The room were in bad condition nothing alike to the pictures showing here.. I'd not recommend to stay here. At least if you know already what you are gonna expect. The a/c wasnt function properly and it wasn't very clean

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good.

One WiFi had no internet and the other one was too weak and kept losing the connection. There was a cockroach (alive) around the bed.

only thing i liked was de guy outside helping me with my stuff and parking the rest of front desk he was wack no customer service at all i lost my card in there I asked if his didn’t seeing anything because it hapen after i was good to pay and then ge said o ly cash an charging me al most 20 dollars extras soo im not recommend this hotel

bathroom nasty sheet smel weird

Its the second time we booked a room and come there for them to say they dont have rooms available and relocate us to another, worse hotel. We booked this hotel just because its close to some government buildings where we needed to go to next day. No need to mention how relocating to some other, more further away hotel was inconvenient for us. Never staying here again.
