Good for the price!

Most of the table top or other furniture were kind of dirty a bit sticky and dusty. The fan was also dusty, we had to clean it, if not the dust will go on beds and bag. The bed sheets were clean.

Very comfortable, nice space and the perfect location for what I needed and where I was headed. Staff was very nice and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

One end of the beds were on wheels which meant they moved quite a bit, bedroom door did not lock securely so we had to put a chair behind to feel comfortable sleeping, very small bathroom,

The room was relatively big and was great value and the location is excellent, across the road from a host of food options in Westfield and a few minutes’ walk from several tube and rail stations.

Broken toilet, no coffee even though a kettle, dirty sheets

The hotel felt safe and was right opposite Westfield shopping centre so it was busy and great for food and shopping. The man on reception was so friendly and helpful and was there when I came back at 11.30pm and asked for an extra pillow which he got for me straight away. The room was nice, warm and had a small wardrobe, mirror, kettle, single bed and bathroom with shower. It was also a 4 mins walk to the o2 Empire where I was going to see a gig so it was perfect.

Kept hitting my head going to toilet in top floor bedroom due to squashed bathroom and sloping ceilings, also bathroom light/fan is automatic and stays on for a long time with no way to turn off, keeping you awake. There was a stain on the duvet and a very grotty chair, as well as a hard to lock/not secure feeling door and a creepy cupboard… Not dirty but could have been cleaner, definitely needs an update and refresh

It is clean and very convenient to underground stations, Shepherd’s Bush Mall, Shepherd’ Bush Market, and a lot of Middle Eastern restaurants and stores.

People in room next door arrived back very late and left hallway light on which then shone brightly under my door making it hard to sleep.

Location was great. Got a bus over the road straight to Eventim Apollo. Huge shopping mall opposite too, and pubs, restaurants, shops just a couple of mins away. Bed was comfortable.

2 single rooms booked for me and my son. One on first floor (11) - tiniest room I've ever been in; one on top floor (16) - much bigger but with a dreadful sloping ceiling. My son is over 6ft so they suggested it would be better for me at 5ft8in to be in the top floor. But I'm nearly 70 and the last stairs are a nightmare, very narrow. TV in room 11 was up so high, and my son forgot his glasses so couldn't see it, so we swapped rooms. He kept hitting his head on the ceiling in 16, but then again I had too. Drain in bathroom in 16 looked disgusting!!! My son ran out of loo paper (only 1 roll) in the morning bug no staff to ask for more. In the end I gad to raid a "public" loo and take it out of there.
