Clean & quiet out of the way with friendly staff

excellent location, easy to walk around Liverpool. spacious inside, all equipment and facilities needed are there.

bed mattresses were a little thin, could feel the springs. but that’s the only complaint from our group .

The apartment was fabulous, clean, comftable, spacious, Ans the location is absolutely perfect, pretty much less then 5 mins walk to town, and bars, docks. Will definitely stay there next time when booking. Staff great too 😃👍👍

Why to have all this doors that why not have open beetween rooms? To much you can hear beetween apartments. To much drinking, shouting and fighting from other guests.

we had to be moved from our original apartment as there was no water! the temperature of the shower in the second apartment was either freezer cold or boiling

Location was great central for everything we wanted, met by a friendly helpful gent in reception made you feel welcome straight away.

Not much for what we needed.

Good location close to nightlife and food outlets. Rooms include a iron and a board which is handy. The shower has good temperature and pressure but doesn't extract the steam well. It was handy as a last minute booking for a bed for the night

The apartment was exceptionally cold when we arrived. The only form of heating was some electric space heaters and even after being in 11 hours the room was still cold. When we arrived we could see our breath in the room so it was a real struggle to feel comfortable when getting to ready. There is also no tea/coffee provided to have a warm drink. Additional to this there aren't any curtains and the blinds don't really keep it the light or give a full sense of privacy.

Parking is ppor, double yellow lines outside the property. Some dubious options locally but the car was still there in the morning!

Ok not gonna lie it was alright, rooms we're a little cold and the mattresses aren't the most comfortable. The decorating is bad but I'm a painter by trade so of course I'm very critical. The location is good literally a 2 minute walk to the city center but unfortunately it is a bit of a dump outside. Staff are nice and friendly and the people are all ok. All in all I would give it a six out of 10 it's certainly not the Hilton but at the same time it's not Alcatraz. Hope this helps.

The apartment was in a great location and was clean and tidy. The original guy on the desk was really helpful and friendly.

The apartment was really cold and when we spoke to the guy at the desk about it he really didn't care and said to give it time to warm up. We turned the heating on at 12pm and this was 7pm and when we got back at 11pm it was still really cold.
