We arrived late in the evening on a train from Rome so having a 24 hour desk was really good. The taxi from Gare de Lyon cost 30 euros. The location was excellent, just a few steps from restaurants and close enough to walk to the Arc de Triomphe then catch the City Sightseeing bus to take us to all the other places in Paris as we only had one day to see the sights.

We had booked a twin room (mother and adult daughter) and expected two seperate beds, but the two beds were both together (we're friendly but not that friendly!).

Excellent location. Clean comfortable rooms...on the small side. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast for only 10 euros, the cost of a croissant and coffee at a cafe! Great location with restaurants, bakeries and cafes nearby. Fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower.

The room I stayed in seemed to be the most special one in the hotel! I mean the worst room in the hotel! The other rooms have electronic locks with nice doors, mine only has mechanical locks and they didn't even give me a window! And this room is very different from the picture I saw when I booked the room. I think they should at least tell me the difference between this room and other rooms in the hotel when I checked in! ! ! The sound insulation is a disaster. On the first night, I was woken up by the passengers upstairs at three or four in the morning, and it was still very noisy on the second night. Although the hotel staff patiently helped to solve the problem, the sound insulation is really a disaster! Cleanliness of rooms and facilities needs to be improved!

Amazing location. 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and many lovely local restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Rooms were small but great for what we needed. Breakfast was definitely worth it and set us up for the day. Would highly recommend this hotel.

They try to anticipate my checkout, it was so uncomfortable, inconvenient, annoying.

The view, I had the 6th floor and the view was incredible. The hotel has a very good location, next to the main street so you can go anytime in the evening and it is not scary or anything. The view is breathtaking. The bed was nice, it was comfortable to sleep in. The bathrooms are getting a little bit old as this is my second stay here. Wifi was fast and nice, which is not the case to most of the hotels in Paris.

The cleaning, there were no slippers from the hotel and it was a carpet which was not very clean as a lot of people enter the room with outside shoes as I assume. When I was on another floor last time it was cleaner, this time around on the 6th floor it was not that clean and there were some white small papers on the carpet the day I went, stayed there 4 nights and by the last night, there were still there so were not clean by the cleaning ladies. The breakfast can have more options.
