Très bien accueillie. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une magnifique vue sur le Mont Blanc. L'emplacement est parfait centre ville. Le personnel très souriant et disponible. Malheureusement passage éclair pour le travail, j'aurais aimé profiter plus des lieux et notamment de l'espace bar et petit déjeuné au dernier étage.

Le fait de sortir de la voiture à chaque ouverture du parking.

We had two rooms and both were great, lovely views and the beds comfy. Also great to have a good strong shower! I also like their sustainability policy re their products - take what you need to ensure no wastage. We also arrived back there at 1 am after an unplanned hospital visit for one of our children and the night staff could not have been more helpful extending our check out time the next day right there and then. Very grateful.

J’ai réservé une nuit et j’ai eu la bonne surprise d’être surclassé. La chambre était magnifique avec une vue tout aussi magnifique.

الموظفين غير جيدين وبما انها منطقة سياحية لابد من اي يكون الموظف لبق لكن للاسف لم يكونوا كذلك ، لايوجد تكييف والمرحاض متسخ والسرير متسخ وممزق وطلبت منهم تغييره فقال لا نوفر خدمة تغيير الفرش او السرائر لن اعود له مرة اخرى

The location was great, the spa was a welcome bonus, the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful, the candy in the lobby was a nice touch, and the facility was perfection.

The hallways seemed a bit dark, but didn’t present and problems.

The spa was essentially unbookable, despite the fact nobody was ever there. There was a cloud of smoke at breakfast, because there was no ventilation installed over the chef's stoves. Rooms were small. Overall a bit of an underwhelming stay.

the restaurant food whilst good needs a little more variety in the evenings. please please put hair conditioner in the bathrooms

The downstairs communal area, pool table, bar & arcades. The spa and gym facilities were excellent.
