Excellent location, never seen a room so clean, excellent size of room

The staff was very helpful and friendly, pool good size and clean,breakfast and food offf the menu very nice at the pool bar, location great if you want to be close but not in the centre and tsilivi beach is 10 to 15min walk away so would highly recommend this place

Lovely large room(room 6)with good view to the sea. Very modern fit out, clean and tidy. OK location - bit of a walk to main strip but not too bad and away from any noise. All facilities provided in room that needed..lovely modern and clean bathroom. Plenty of hangers in wardrobe. Pool area lovely, lots of lilos and floating aids that can be used. (Lots of sunbeds for everyone- no need to get up early to reserve with towels!!)Lovely friendly staff who went out of their way to help us

Room on the end with an open terrace at the top of the stairs- could do with a gate or something to stop people walking around to the back of the room (terrace area) Fly screen needed on small bathroom window

The kind and friendly staff made our holiday special. They felt like friends looking out for us and making sure we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to a large open plan room (that worked when we put the matress on the floor for our 1 year old to crawl and toddle around) with pool and distant sea view from our lovely balcony.

Noise from main road. Lots of quad bikes!

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Excellent maid service. Nice pool area and snack bar. In a good location, short walk to restaurants, beach and shops.

Could have done with another bin aside from the toilet one.

Beds were to hard, no pressure in shower just trickled out, in the evening couldn't get any cold water from the shower to cool the hot water down but overall very nice hotel if on a budget.

The room was big and brand-new due to recent renovations, beutifull balcony with a view of the sea. The hotel certainly has a lot of potential, they should improve the area where they welcome their guests, as there is no reception practically.

Great location slightly out of the busy areas so quiet at night, but perfect in walking distance of all bars and restaurants. The staff were exceptional and friendly, always helpful and the snack bar did great food- perfect for in the day when you need a good meal for great prices. The cleaning staff came every day, with clean towels and bedding regularly changed and the floors mopped daily. Lovely lovely place, would definitely come again next time we’re in Zakynthos!

Shower temp was hit and miss and the shower didn’t hold in one place

Location of property is great and close to all amenities. Staff were lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough.

Rooms were not in good condition and they weren't cleaned very well, if at all. We were there for 4 nights and didn't get fresh towels

Supportive, flexible, kind staff, clean rooms, nice pool and good bar. Really thanks for all! Very close to Tsivili water park, the beach also reachable within 15 min walk. We like and enjoy with 3 childrens. Environment: Good grill restaurant is close (37.818969891563505, 20.862750700004018), bars, restaurant, doctor also close.

The property is great for relaxing vacation, in a quiet part of Tsilivi, close to the center of the village. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is very willing to accommodate you. The best value for money!

near the main strip. had all the basics you needed for a good price. the staff were really kind and approachable too

there was a bit of an uphill March to our room. however for the value of the stay and the kind staff it was totally worth it!
