Staff got our room ready early.

The locatiion was convenient for us and the staff were excellent and severed us well. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service and the breakfast was good and plentiful.

The room was very basic and needed some maintenance, It was not an ensuite room which I had booked. The bathroom was along the corridor and also needed some maintenance to the plumbing on the sink.

The beds were decent, had good facilities, kettle, coffee milk etc, and hand soap, very nice breakfast, staff where excellent.

A lot of noise at night, a loud whirring fan like noise going on and off throughout the night making for a poor night sleep.

Not a lot old and tired like a lot of places in the uk.

Graham arms is perfect place to stay we had the best weekend there staff and everyone at the hotel was so lovely and friendly would definitely recommend and be going back to stay

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Having stayed at Graham Arms before, it was disappointiong that the standard of Room 8 did not match our previous stay . Although it said a private bathroom, that was along the corridor . One of the bed had a large box at its head , which crampted the sleeping position for one of the guests .

The public areas have been done up and the food was of a good quality for dinner and breakfast. Luckily we were attending a wedding reception nearby and only had to spend minimal time in the room.

The room standard was well below any acceptable level and not that cheap either. Smelly carpet and falling apart white plywood furniture, mis-matched beds. There was no en-suite but they said a personal bathroom was available to us down the hall! They blamed Booking.Com for not making that clear. We asked for any other room and were willing to pay extra but were told it was absolutely full, which turned out to be inaccurate as the person checking us out said that there were rooms available.

shower was barely running, only lukewarm water when it did run. parking in the yard is annoying.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and thoughtful. The hotel looked like it’s had a recent makeover so all very nice.

Nice bedroom coffee and tea making facilities no biscuits - bed comfortable and bathroom good - staff friendly and pet friendly- on busy a road but didn’t disturb sleep - free parking around

Room bit stifling as window was restricted on opening as pigeons roosting on the window sill. No parking but did manage to find a space around the corner.
