near the station …great breakfast and view of the MT.Fuji from the hotel

we stayed as couple I just hoped I got a much spacious room

The location is great for those who would like to shop at the premium outlet. The breakfast served is a bonus with thr great Mt. Fuji view. And great variety of choices too. Hotel is a bit aged but served the purpose well.

The rooms are a bit small and would be great if check in time can be a bit flexible if rooms available.

Great location, quick walk from the station. Staff were helpful and attentive. The room had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji, and everything we needed for a night. Breakfast had a lot to choose too. Great value for money!

Unfortunately the room could have been more thoroughly cleaned. It was fairly dusty on surfaces like the table and windowsill (which set off my asthma a little). Looking more closely at less obvious places like under the fridge were REALLY thick, like animal fur, with white/grey dust.

The staff were professional and friendly. Room was spacious and well-equipped. Bed was big and comfortable! We had a great view of Mt. Fuji from our window. We enjoyed breakfast and the onsite onsen! There is a lil' standalone shop selling ramen directly opposite the hotel. It's family-run and everyone was so warm and friendly! Definitely give it a visit if you're staying here

It's a bit of a distance from the bus station, but still quite an easy walk away!

Standard business hotel location near Gotemba station and breakfast was a little better than I expected.

Bed was very hard.

The breakfast was really delicious. I could was Fuji-san from my room, so was fantastic.

Hotel is bad and dirty and I had to check out day before so I won’t get virus or something, it’s us my worker experience is ever in any hotel , and On top of that I didn’t get receipt yet , I called Booking.com and still don’t have the receipt . It’s is unbelievable. It is total waste of money and I won’t book again using booking.com unless something change , worst hotel and worst customer service
