Location is perfect for Lotte World and metro stations.
It would be better if they have USB charging ports also, so foreigners using 110v don't need to buy 220v charging bolck.

Good hotel close to Lotte World. Nothing special, but it was clean a good price for the lcoation
Bed was a little hard for my preference

close to a railway and Lotte world amusement park
one night there were 4 rooms of 15 year old without adult supervision that ran up and down the corridor until 12:330omI had to yell at them many times and it appeared this was ok with staff and yeah not the best

Price good, bed comfortable, location had to be close to the Lotte World Hotel which was full. Service and staff very good !

it’s very convenient. closest subway station is Seokchon gubon station. a 6 mins walk from there to the hotel. the facilities were clean and our room was clean and relatively big as well.
breakfast could be cheaper and have more variety of food.

I liked that it was very close to Lotte World ! The location was very good and it was a quiet hotel :) . The staff at the front desk were very helpful during our stay. We stayed for two nights and it was really lovely 💗.

The location is great surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, and lovely park/lake. The most impressive was the help offered by friendly staff. For instance, they spent more than 40 minutes trying to find a taxi for us when there was hardly any available in a heavy rain. We were grateful.
We wanted a larger family room even at an extra cost but it was fully booked by summer holiday makers.

The staffs are nice & friendly. The location is great . Parking is not a problem. Comfortable bed. And the shower is awesome🤗 Would definitely stay there again once I visit Seoul. Highly recommended 👍

The location is very good. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops.
There was dirty cups in the room and dusty. The lights were very bad. The bathroom wasn't clean enough.

We liked the location of the property. Nice size room.
We weren’t happy about the staff of the property. We were told there was free parking on the property m but when we arrived we were told to go 7 mins drive away from the property to park. We asked about ac control and was told there was no remote. However there is a wall controller that we located ourselves after asking. Not sure why they didn’t say it was on the wall. The morning of checkout we had no water and had no idea this was happening. So we couldn’t use the restroom or take showers before our long drive home. There was an apology but a late check out would have been nice to accommodate when it came back on. It was a real struggle when you have a baby. They also stopped responding to me in the messenger when I was asking questions before my stay. Lastly I’m pretty sure we forgot some baby bottles in the fridge and they didn’t even contact us to let us know. Despite all this the location was good but will stay and recommend other places before Rosana Hotel again. Oh I almost forgot to mention we weren’t even told about the breakfast offered. It would have been nice to know during check in.
