I like it was very big room and bathroom and enough natural light and simplicity of hotel so you could find everything very easy.

I like the bed ot was very nice and comfy and it was boundsy. Has a good big balcony. And very warm and under the bed if the lights were very pretty. The 3 day of morning were very good breakfast because there were many abroad so the breakfast were good. There were many choices example bacon, egg, can pick 2 different of cookies and had many choices.

Some of the hotell reception don't understand English and uses translate. First of the 2 days were the breakfast bad because the fruits were dry and we wanted the bread that someone hade. We wanted that so we asked the reception of that bread and she said that there were no more bread. When we use the coffee machine the coffee machine didn't put any milk. Then the reception comes and takes the coffee mug on the side way, turns off the Machine and leaves the room without saying nothing. And the coffee machine didn't have English. The last day (3 day) there were no hot water and I counted take a bath.

Staff was professional and nice. Room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean.

Didn't find anything that I didn't like, the location might be a bit of a deterrent to some (it's a residential/industrial area far from Otrokovice and Zlín city centres, takes 35 minutes by bus+trollebus to Zlín, takes 10 minutes by bus from Otrokovice train station), but I think it's reflected in the price.

We chose this hotel for a night stay between the visits of Kromeriz and Lednice-Valtice and we were extremely happy with it. The hotel is a business hotel, very new and with a 24h reception. Free private parking is provided and it has video surveillance. The room was even more spacious than expected, with a large comfortable bed, seating area with two chairs, and a tv. The bathroom was also very spacious with a large shower (with good water pressure), a big mirror, and new towels. The entire place was extremely clean. We stayed with our infant, who slept with us and we weren't charged anything extra for him. Complimentary water in the room provided at our arrival. The included breakfast was very good with both sweet and salty options. The personnel was cleaning the dining area and refilling the missing items very often to allow all the guests the variety of choice.

The room was a bit too warm at night, nothing you cannot fix by opening a window for a few minutes, however, in our case, we didn't do that not to wake up our baby. We struggle to find negatives for this stay, maybe the fact that we missed a mini fridge in the room and that the shower hight was not adjustable but that is it. We would say it is ideal to stay here if you have a car, otherwise we are not sure how you could reach it as it is located in an industrial area of the town. Anyway, highly recommended!

Hotel was nice, clean & the room was very spacious. I really liked that there is a hallway with a door separating the actual room from the bathroom and exit. Bathroom was clean & nice. Breakfast was good as well.
