The location was close to everything.
Penthouse bathroom had a roach inside and it was super hot when we step in our room and the master bedroom never got cool even with the AC on.

it had many bedrooms and comfortable beds. very nice bathrooms. The balconies had awesome views and pool pool area was beautiful!

The pictures of how many beds per room is wrong. Two rooms that show two double beds only have one. You can fit thirteen people there,
Or 15 if you include the sofa bed. But the description of it as for 17 people is wrong.

Lost power in storm overnight and wasn't allowed a late check out.

Hosts and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Been to the property many times, this particular time there was a local event that saw the majority of its attendees take over and overwhelm the amenities to the point where they became inaccessible.

The bathtub in master did not work abd not hot water

Very nice multi-level top-floor penthouse about a 10-minute walk from the main strip of Jaco. Easy Check-in and the front desk lady explained everything well and was very hospitable. Franklin the Concierge was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.
only complaint is the hot tub took forever to fill but its understandable because of the water pressure.

Friendly staff and clean common areas.
Very expensive for a place that requires urgent remodeling. Furniture is extremely damaged, paint is required. Also the jacuzzi was dirty and had bugs laying around.
The breakfast was the worst part of the stay, poor quality and served cold.
