Clay Cottage- Magnolia, Baylor and Downtown Waco
Wir sind gerade mit dem Umbau dieses niedlichen Häuschens fertig und möchten, dass Ihr Aufenthalt fantastisch wird. Unser Ferienhaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Queensize-Bett, eines mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt eine große Küche mit allen rostfreien Geräten. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit und das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine Dusche in voller Größe. Im Hinterhof befindet sich ein baumschattiges Grundstück mit Holzkohlegrill und Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien. Es gibt eine Auffahrt und einen Eckparkplatz. Wir sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Magnolia Market / Silos und wenige Autominuten von Baylor und dem McLane Stadium entfernt.

We absolutely loved our stay in this cute and charming home on Clay Ave! We were in Waco for Baylor’s Orientation for my freshman daughter and moving my junior daughter into a new house so this trip was a working trip for us! The location was perfect and only 2 blocks from Magnolia so I was able to walk to Magnolia Press every morning for coffee. My daughter and friend staying with us did morning runs around the silo district and neighborhood daily too and felt very safe. Clay Ave is a busy street but we never had any issues with noise at night. Also the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. We’ve stayed in many rentals and it was so nice to come back home after a long day and get a good nights sleep. The house had everything, even a hairdryer for each bedroom which was such a bonus allowing us to dry our hair in the bedroom while someone else used the bathroom. One bathroom was never a problem - the house has everything you need, even extra toiletries, and the owners had cute baskets in each room with waters and chocolates for us upon arrival! Such a wonderful home and we will definitely stay again!

The house was adorable! The beds were very comfortable and washer came in handy when my sister spilled sauce on her sweater. So convenient only 3 blocks from Magnolia Silos! Great neighborhood!

Great communication, easy to get to and conveniently located! So many amenities available/included. We were very pleased with our 5 day stay!

Overall wonderful property. Only issue is it sits on a very busy road with loud traffic all night. Cars blaring music were driving by all night. That said, it’s close to down town and accommodations were great. Just bring ear plugs for night time.

I came to visit Waco with my daughter and 2 grandkids ages 2&3. We had a wonderful stay at Clay Cottage. The beds were comfy, the living room was cozy and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and offered many wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. The location was perfect, it was a quick walk to the Silos and we felt very safe. Check-in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend staying at Clay Cottage!

We enjoyed ourselves in this wonderfully equipped house. The decor is lovely, the furniture is very comfortable, and the ac works really well. The proximity to the Silos at Magnolia is awesome, and we enjoyed walking to restaurants, as well as cooking at home. Clay Avenue is busier than I thought it would be, but the house itself makes up for that.😊. Would highly recommend.

Cottage was very cute and clean. Bathroom was tiny and difficult to maneuver if you are more than 5'5" tall or over 185 lbs. Neighborhood is transitioning so be aware not all homes are updated and some transients may be around. We had no issues but just be mindful of surroundings. Abundant exterior lighting so light filtering window treatments would be helpful. Very close to Silos and downtown Waco. This was a great place to stay for our visit. Owners were very responsive and gave helpful guidance to local eateries and activities. We would stay here again.

The home was so well thought out it was nice to have plenty of mirrors and hooks for towels and things. The beds were very comfy. We could walk to the silos as well. Just a wonderful time for our girls trip!

Property was in a great location to everything we wanted to visit. Silos were right down the street within walking distance. Great restaurants and entertainment close by. Five minute drive to Baylor Campus. Over all great cottage, very clean and easy to get in and out of. Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Very comfortable home and well appointed!! Super clean and had everything we needed. Convenient to downtown Waco and the Magnolia silo area. David was also extremely responsive when we contacted him with questions and that was much appreciated. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again!!

We so love staying at the little cottage. The moment we walked in we felt so welcomed. The decor is amazing, and we were within walking distance of Magnolia Silos, magnolia press(fabulous coffee). The owner was in contact with us through out put stay. He even left lots of information of amazing things to do and see in Waco. Highly recommended this cute cottage for your home away from home.

This cute cottage is located very close to the Silo area. If it had not been so hot, (95-100 degrees) we could have walked to it. The cottage itself was clean and decorated very tastefully with lots of extras for guest: charging devices at each bedside, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, & bottled water to name a few. Although this home is located on a busy street, we were not bothered with noise that kept us from sleeping. There are several homes being renovated in this area, but again, no noise that bothered us. There is one bathroom, which is small, but the owners have taken advantage of every space to make it very functional.
We had one issue the first morning we were there, but the owner, David, responded within 15 minutes and took care of the need.
I’m happy we chose this rental as it was close to everything we wanted to do.

The house was super cute and had pleanty of room. The girls and I took a little mini girls getaway trip and this place was perfect we had the best time lots of laughs, playing games and relaxing. The location is awesome close to everything the neighborhood is good. We will definitely be back to stay again. If your looking for a fun place close to the Silos this is the place to visit.

This house is simply lovely and cozy. We felt right at home. The backyard was beautiful with a nice gas fire pit, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would most definitely go back to this house again.

Clay cottage is charming, well furnished and overall quite lovely. Well situated in the silo district. A short walk to the magnolia market and very short drive to the Dr Pepper museum. My cousin and I loved our stay there and recommend it if anyone is visiting Waco for the first time.

Stayed here with my mom and sister-in-law for a girl’s trip. Very cute cottage about two blocks from the Silos (5 minute walk). Easy check in process, easy communication with the host, toiletries provided, etc. Very cute and chill back patio, and you can hear concerts from a nearby venue as you sit outside and relax after a fun filled day.

My oldest son is looking at Baylor; we spent two nights at this cozy, clean and comfortable home that is 3 short blocks from the Magnolia Market and 1 mile from Baylor's campus. My wife and I also brought our two 11 year old daughters and we love this house! Beds are extremely comfortable and very obvious the owner cares about the guest experience. LOTS of OUTSTANDING restaurants within walking distance. The property is well lit in the evening and we felt very comfortable exploring the neighborhood by foot throughout the day and evening. If my son gets accepted and chooses to go to Baylor, I will want to stay in this home again (and again and again and again).

This cute house was perfect for our stay. My daughter and I traveled to Waco for her birthday and all things Magnolia Market and the Silos! The house was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with from the time of booking to check out. There were a number of great suggestions on where to go and what to do, including dining options. The location was just blocks from the Silos which was wonderful. After we left, the owner called to let us know my daughter had left her iPad behind. He was so kind and had it shipped to us! Highly recommend!!

Great house! It was incredibly clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved that the owner had a list of things to do and places to go and eat. Great thing about this house is it is close to a lot of cool things. We had a good time at the Backyard. Had great Mexican food at Ninfa's. We spent a lot of time in the Backyard around the fire pit.

My wife and 4 young children headed to Waco for a short 3 day stay and chose the Clay Cottage to stay in. David was fantastic to work with, and the house was within easy walking distance to the silos. The house was clean and David was very responsive with anything we needed. It was a great trip for our family, Waco is a special place!

This house is cute and well equipped. It had everything we needed to cook and eat. It is also within walking distance to the Silos and Magnolia market. Although it is on a busy street there wasn’t much noise; we weren’t bothered by it at all. It was a cold weekend but the house was warm and we all slept well. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I’m grateful that he worked with our schedule to allow us to experience Waco. We had no issues.
