The property is absolutely gorgeous.

The location was quit far from the center of the city.

Friendly staff. They try to do their best for the customers. Although we reached early in the morning (3 am) they picked us up from the airport for free.

Location - Far away from the city you needed a taxi every time you want to go out. You can not really go for a walk as there are no pedestrian paths next to the hotel. Breakfast - Every day they bring breakfast to the room with a fixed menu, you can not really choose. somedays we just did not eat (dry bread / mashed potatoes for breakfast). No coffee / Tea. they gave instant coffee packets. We had to use the water heater to make coffee or tea. Hotel: There is no common place where you can sit/relax. that is why they bring breakfast every day to the room. . You do everything in the room or go somewhere else. Cleanness: Dirty bathroom, Although they cleaned every day, there was a strong smell and hair in the bathroom. They never cleaned the used coffee cups.

The breakfast was really delicious, and the location was also acceptable in my opinion the hotel is admirable and worth a little bit far distance. The staffs are very kind and hospitable. The Spa room was very clean and pleasant as well as room. Im happy that I chose Roma Hotel.

No walking distance to any facility. You better use Yandex taxi.which is budget friendly. The hotel manager will help about budget taxis

the staff were extremely friendly, nice and helpful , Gohar the manager, she was a lovely lady who really welcoming , friendly and happy to help in everything

it was so far from city centre 20 min with Taxi also the building needed to upgrade and renew, the curtains in my room was thin with light colour so it was difficult to sleep

Everything was awesome. Breakfast was included and it was more than enough. We ordered one meal and it was excellent. The room was very clean and everything was very good.

The only thing is that, it seems that our room was a little bit far from the WiFi source (WAP) and the signal was very poor.

The employees and ms gohar are very helpful. They will attend to all your needs with a smile. The rooms are very big and spotlessly clean. It is very luxurious. The food is also good. I’ve been to many hotels before but this hotel is exceptional! Highly recommended and we will comback here when we visit Armenia again.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The pleasant behavior of the staff was excellent. Large room with full facilities. A delicious breakfast. Possibility to use the sauna and Jacuzzi privately. The hotel is only ten minutes away from the city center, but in a very beautiful place on a hill And also the affordable price of this hotel is attractive. I strongly recommend this hotel to travelers.

The staff were very kind and friendly. Especially Ms. Gohar. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. Before we arrived, the pool and sauna were ready for private use. And all this at a good price hotel provided a memorable trip.

Manager and staffs were very friendly and they are always available for help. We have checked in late at 8:00 pm, but the management operated sauna, pool and jacuzzi exclusively for our family. Staffs are always available to help you. We had a great stay, thanks to management and staffs.

Water and kettle was not available in room. Which needs to be considered by the management. Breakfast is served in our room. Breakfast is good but menu selection is limited. It may be good if the hotel consider to provide continental breakfast in future.
