Unsere Casa ist ein zweistöckiges Haus im Adobe-Stil. Sehr großes Haus mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen schönen großen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Privater Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, private Terrasse mit Nachtlichtern, Feuerstelle im Freien. BBQ-Grill und Terrassenmöbel. Voller Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlage und Heizung. Das Haus befindet sich im Herzen der historischen Altstadt von Albuquerque! Nur wenige Minuten von allen Arten von Touristenattraktionen entfernt; Old Town Plaza, Casinos, Museen, Bioparks ,. Schneller Zugriff auf das Autobahnnetz. Einheimische essen und tauchen, um etwas zu trinken und sich zu entspannen. Walgreens zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne, ruhige, friedliche Gegend.

Really liked being close to Old Town which was one of the main reasons for booking. Really liked having off the street parking for our vehicle. The only concern I have/had with the home was the cleanliness. I did state to host if the issues I had were taken care of I would rent from him in the future.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the location and the overall space, plus the off-street parking provided great peace of mind. The owner was very responsive and polite; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again next time we're in town.

Just a couple blocks from Old Town in a quiet safe neighborhood. Clean & comfortable. The downstairs is adobe and was built around 1948 which gives it a great western feel. Ample parking for our big pickup.

This was our second stay, and it was just as good as the first. We were in Albuquerque for a conference near Old Town, and this house is perfect for our group. It's got a large kitchen, with almost everything we needed, and we put the gas grill and fire pit on the patio to good use. The house is clean; appliances are straightforward; off-street parking is ample; and Earl is a great landlord/host. We're looking forward to staying again next year!

We had an amazing stay, the house was so nice and ready for guests. The owner was also very helpful throughout everything, we got confused about parking, the welcome binder at the front was also very helpful. The owner had everything nicely labeled for us as well! We were very happy with our stay

Cool House, Great Location
It's a great house. The living room and the dining room are large, the kitchen is large and pretty well stocked, and the bedrooms are quiet. The second-floor deck, and the patio with grill and fire pit, are really nice assets, and the parking is fantastic.

This property was just minutes away from Old Town which worked well for us as we had tickets for the Ghost Tour. We basically just slept here and left the next morning, but it suited our purpose. We would recommend this home and Earl was pleasant to work with.
