L’emplacement

Prix incluant le petit-déjeuner pour 4 personnes, or la livraison qui a « été  faite » à 6h30 selon notre interlocutrice et laissée devant la porte de l’appartement, a soit été dérobée soit non faite car pas de petit déjeuner. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller dans un bar du coin, à nos frais. L’interlocutrice jointe devait nous renvoyer un mail pour avoir une conduite à tenir . Nous sommes 24h plus tard, rentrés chez nous et toujours pas de retour . Offre donc mensongère . Je ne recommande donc pas .

Muy mal. Al llegar el apartamento estaba sucio, sin limpiar y muy muy pequeño. Nos mandaron a otro hotel. La gestióm horrible. No reserves

La ubicación es excelente y estaba muy limpio. Apartamento completamente reformado y con todo lo necesario.

No me gustó que la luz del baño parpadeaba hasta que se fundió y no funcionaba !! Además el secador se calentaba cuando lo utilizabas poco tiempo como 2 min aprox ,y tenías que esperar para volver a utilizarlo.

Great location. Great sound proofing from street noise, but metro runs beneath the property, so is noisy whilst running. Comfortable beds Large opening windows. Could cook basic meal if needed, had a fridge and microwave. Close to lots of restaurants and supermarket

Tiny bathroom Tea and coffee facilities, but no tea or coffee provided. Thin walls No automatic lighting in the stairwells at night, there are lights, but you need to locate the switches in daylight,

L’emplacement

L'appartement 38 au 8 rue La Fayette tout semble être correct surtout l'emplacement. Au 2eme jour pendant que mon fils de 6 ans est dans le lit LA PATTE DE LIT S'EST CASSER. Après mon appel au service client a 21h nous déménagions au numero 39 les "MAUVAISES ODEURS" étaient INSOPORTABLES au point qu'on était obliger de dormir avec la FENÊTRE OUVERTE toute la nuit (paris nuit en hiver...résultat les enfants malade et ma mère de 73ans également). au lendemain appel au service client a nouveau a 9h59 pour avoir un nouveau appart toute la matinée perdue mais finalement a 13h55 nous avons une adresse "10 rue Rossini" 10min a pied (avec 3 malades je vous dit le cauchemar) en arrivant a l'appartement on se rend compte que il y a que 1 lit double donc 4 personnes impossible de rester. A 18h10 à nouveau on prend nos bagages et on arrive au 77 rue des archives (bon emplacement et plutôt jolie) on dors finalement bien, mais la PIRE de choses est arrivé car au moment de notre réveil un GROS RAT fait plusieurs passages devant nos yeux, quelques minutes après je reçoit un appel a 8h45 du responsable por s'excuser de autant des problèmes pendant notre séjour et en disant "vous allez recevoir un remboursement de 60% . j'ai PERDU BEACOUP d'argent car aucune des activités acheté a étaient faites a cause de déménager constantement, 18 jours sont passer et je ne rien reçu. un séjour de 4 jours complets a Paris etait catastrophique. C'EST UNE HONTE

Perfect location, room spotlessly clean.

le fotografie riportate su booking sono da altri appartamenti della catena non corrispondenti a quelli dell'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato. Non c'era tavolo e sedie ma una mensola e sgabelli, questo non è evidente dal sito booking evito di inserire foto del vater sporco al nostro arrivo

The property had everything we needed as a family for a short stay in Paris. The location is exceptional in the Opera district. Far less police and sirens than around the more touristy areas such as the Louvre and Eiffel Tower during our stay. Good restaurants very close and excellent shopping with Galeries Lafayette and Printemps vey close. We loved being able to cook our evening meals.

It was fine for 3 nights but any longer and it would have felt too small as we didn’t have much space for our baggage. The bunk bed was very noisy.

It wasn’t clean enough. The toilet always smelled, if we left the door open it stunk the whole room as well.. and the bed linen had dark stains on them, the towels were super old

the basin was blocked and was not draining and we kept asking to fix it for 2 days . bathrooms should be cleaned daily, they offer change towels and sheets

great location, very central. room is compact but well thought through and efficient, look & feel is really nice. very convenient for a short stay in Paris.

bathroom is really really compact with no space to put personal toiletries. my bathroom door was broken hence could not close, I hope they will repair it. bed width is generous for one person but narrow for two. wifi was provided but always disconnecting - it should be improved.

The location is very good and there is relatively little street noise. However poor sound proofing from neighbouring apartments (including hearing their bathroom!) and strangely the trains can be heard even though it is on the 3rd floor. It was fairly clean and felt secure as there are 4 doors to get through each with a different code.

It is very cramped. Not much room around one of the beds and the bathroom is very small. Very basic kitchen area with a small (not very cold) fridge. Although there is a Nespresso coffee machine nothing was provided to use with it. No space to sit for leisure eg no sofa. My first impressions weren’t great but it was actually more comfortable than I suspected however I’m not sure I would stay here again. There are better aparthotels in this area for a similar price.

Super easy to find (great instructions). Compact, modern, clean and perfect for weekend or longer trip. Mini iron and iron board, safe, enough plug sockets, bijou kitchen with everything you could need!

Thin walls meant that you can hear conversation in room next door… not good if you have inconsiderate neighbours.

Location is superb. The best is room cleanliness. Very responsive owner/ management.

Small space but alright for the price. Next trip i will choose 3 pax room for 2 person.
