Wonderful house for family from all over to converge for our nieces wedding.

Liked the fact we could spread out with 3 floors but still had plenty of room to gather for meals or to play games. Also liked the close proximity to local activities. We booked the Hop on Hop off trolley and walked to the Belmont Mansion to catch it. Then enjoyed a day of touring without worrying about traffic or parking.

I hosted a team meeting and the house was great! There was plenty of space and the sleeping rooms were great and separated enough to give the privacy we desired. The house was clean and everything worked as expected. Communication was clear and timely with the host. I would recommend this house for anyone with a large group.

The place was greatly located and seemed cleaned. Your customer service team are awesome they helped me with a few things and got us in earlier then 4pm, which I greatly appreciated! I am not sure if the owner sees these places or not but I wanted to be transparent as a person who travels a lot. I expect more for the money I paid for. When I walked in it didn’t even smell clean and the front door stopper was laying on the floor behind the door. The floors still had decorations behind the couches like it hadn’t been swept in a while. The walls were very scuffed which I understand but when you pay the amount for three nights you expect a bit better. I went to the patio area the chair cushions were extremely dirty and one had bird poop all over it (see photos). The large chair had a huge hole in it being covered by a dirty pillow and that is unacceptable. My friends velvet top quilt in the lower floor bedroom had a nasty unknown dried brown substance on it (see photo). The kitchen area is very large and amazing. Having 12 people in the house means you use things. You want garbage taken care of but I only had three garbage bags, thankfully I brought some which I shouldn’t have to. The kitchen was in disarray we couldn’t find anything. Things looked liked they had not been washed, most of the pans were unusable, the drawers had dirt in most of them. They just need to wiped out every once in a while. Just seemed like it was not cleaned well at all. I had to clean the dishes prior to use. We had one tiny thing of Palmolive to wash dishes and only one dishwasher tab. There was a dirty used scrub pad on the sink for dishes but there was no way we could use that at all. Who knows what they used it for. We had to go buy dish towels also. The hot pads that were there were very dirty and not washed in a while. You wanted me to put the dishes all in the dishwasher when we left but we have 12 people there is no way to only use that once. So we used that dishwasher tab in the beginning of our stay. The kitchen pantry was a mess things just thrown in drawers there I had to clean things just to put our food in. Your countertop has been overused and it shows it has not been taken care of. The kitchen hasn’t been cleaned very well. We tried to use the pull out couch but the mattress was nasty and the cover on it was not any better. Half mile walk to Belmont ! Cheap Uber ride downtown. Great space with lots of room to spread out. We had a mother/daughter group of 8 with a big kitchen and living space.

It was amazing place to have our sons birthday party.

Love this vrbo!! Super spacious, fully stocked, great amenities, and perfect location to everywhere you’d want to go in Nashville!!! Would definitely stay again!

Nice place, very clean and spacious. Be prepared to climb stairs if you are in a group there are 3 floors one bedroom/bath on 1 and 2 , 2beroom/bath on 3.. The bathrooms did not have any soap or shampoo, the kitchen had adequate utensils but none of the niceties (greeting card or bottled water etc.) that other vrbo's we have stayed in had. The house is next door to a rehab facility, lots of activity in that parking lot at night. They were not necessarily noisy just active. Overall ok , grocery near by and not too far from downtown.

This was close to and convenient to downtown activities, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed sitting on the small back deck. House was very comfortable. Sleeping areas on all 3 levels.

Such and amazing property for our group. Members of our group ranged from 21-56 and everything in between with 7 beds and 11 girls there was more than enough space. For those who wanted to stay up and hang out the common area was spacious and comfortable, and those who wanted to turn in could do so without being bothered by the rest of the group. We could get ready in a timely manner with 4 full bathrooms too! Neighborhood felt very safe as well. Hosts we fabulous and we will 10/10 be staying here in the future!

We had the most wonderful time here!!! It was quite peaceful and super accessible to the Airport, Malls, Restaurants and the places that we needed to meet for our business while we were in town!!! We can’t wait to book another stay here in our NEW home away from home!!! 😁👍🏾

Used this as our home base for a family/friends gathering to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. Enjoyed walking to Hattie B’s for lunch. Long line but worth it! You can order and pick up which we will do next time! We used Uber to get around and they were inexpensive and arrived 5 minutes after ordering. Plenty of room for our group of 10 & grocery store was close by for stocking up.

We stayed here while we had some work done on our home. The layout is great for spreading out (3 floors) and getting “your own space.” The house is a good quality and very comfortable! If you have older people in your group or those with mobility issues, the stairs might be a consideration as the main living area and kitchen are on the 2nd floor. All in all it was a great place for our family to chill for 1.5 weeks! Living only about 3 miles away….we know to ALWAYS lock your car. People randomly rummage through unlocked cars and that happened to us one night. They will take anything that looks valuable…AirPods, keys, electronics, etc. We knew better but this person just forgot to lock their doors. It is a good location for access to major interstates and downtown (though it’s not in walking distance). We had a great stay and the host team did a great job communicating with us!! Would recommend it!

This house was perfect for 10 of us for a quick weekend getaway celebrating our son’s birthday with friends. 4 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. Location: If you don’t mind a 1 mile walk, you can get to some restaurants and shopping at 12 South. We also walked to the Gulch and Broadway, but that was a bit of a hike - I would recommend a quick Uber instead. We didn’t feel unsafe walking it during the day, but you definitely have some areas there along the way I would not walk at night. Lots of neat old bungalow style homes being renovated in the immediate area .

We had a group of 8 girls stay at this property for a bachelorette weekend and loved it! Lots of space for everyone to hang out in the kitchen/living room area together and plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in. Great location that is a quick uber away from all the fun bars and restaurants we wanted to go to. Quick responses from the host and they were great about coordinating early check in. Would definitely stay here again if we come back!

I have one future suggestion maybe turn back yard into a pool area just for the those houses. The area is fenced in so why not add a pool. Im not for sure if all the houses are owned by the same company but it would be a bonus for this house.
