Group of 6 stayed here, one being in a wheelchair. The property was described well and so convenient to Downtown Nashville. The owner was very responsive and accommodating allowing us to enter earlier due to flight being earlier. Very clean and spacious!

I'm local, but we stayed here for my bachelorette party for a weekend. It was the perfect amount of space for the 10 of us. Margaret was so gracious and responded to all my questions. The house was so clean and the game room was a fun addition! We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but the outdoor area is so cute and great for smaller gatherings. Thankful for a wonderful weekend!

My family and i absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was clean and roomy, was located in a great location, close to many of the popular Nashville attractions, and included a lot of entertainment options within the property.

First let me say the house is great! Loved the accommodations even with unexpected extreme weather that hit the weekend we stayed. Communication with the owner was good. I had to reach out to her because the hot tub wasn’t getting hot. She did everything she could to try and resolve it for us, but ultimately the weather kept us from getting it fixed during our trip. Couple of friends said the bunk beds were a tad wobbly and they couldn’t find a few kitchen items they needed. The temperature in the house was always spot on and any changes were very easy to make. When we arrived the owner had already went over to salt and clear some of the driveway for us. The walkway was completely cleared off.
The only thing I would mention because I would feel bad not giving a heads up. If you are considering a trip in cold temperature's be forewarned the City is not well equipped to clear side roads of any snow or ice. This property is great, but both roads to access it have hills and curves and they ended up covered in ice the day we arrived and only got worse through the weekend. Kudos to the neighbors that jumped in and helped clear the ice as much as possible!! Unfortunately even with a call to the non-emergency city line, we still spent half a day stuck trying to get up a sheet of ice just to go into town and never did see any officials help.
Thank you Margaret for making the most of a bad weather weekend. I appreciate the salt and shovel you provided for the driveway. Great place!!

Our trip to Nashville was a holiday family gift.
The comforts of the VRBO home and experience were top notch. I am trying to find the best words to express our joy and satisfaction with everything. We have a family member that is 100% disabled and the home was perfect for his power wheelchair access and mobility issues. Thank You for making this possible!! The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood - spacious outdoors- and very convenient to Nashville attractions. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the very basics for “at home” smiles. Still miss having coffee with the sunlight greeting you in the morning hours. Homeowner was very responsive to any questions or concerns and suggestions. Thank You Margaret for making your home available to us. We hope to come back - there are other sights we hope to see.

The house was a quick 15-20 drive to everything we wanted to do and see in Nashville. Grocery and other stores are super close and easy to get to. The home was clean, had plenty of basics, and a great outdoor space. Communication was fast and the check in and check out were simple. A great stay for our family of five!

Our immediate family (6 adults & 2 kids) met in Nashville and had a great stay here. Lots of room for everyone, well stocked, hot tub and deck area were a hit. We rented a car and found it to be a great location, within 10 minutes to everything, grocery store under 2 miles away. Would recommend!!

Our family loved our Thanksgiving weekend at this home, especially enjoying the back patio, hot tub, and firepit. The main room absorbed us all with some watching football, some snacking in kitchen and some playing games at the dining room table. It made a great roomy place to enjoy each other.

This is an excellent property for those who cannot get around without a wheelchair or mobility scooter. In a few short words: Doors are wide, zero step entrance, zero step shower, lower bed, and finally...... all areas are accessible so those with special physical needs do not feel left out. I would definitely stay again.

I booked this house for a stay with my Mom, two sisters and niece. My mom and one of my sisters use canes. This was a perfect house for them to get around in. It was also in a wonderful location, minutes away from the sights we wanted to visit. It was clean and comfortable. It also had some fun things to do, like the game room and hot tub. I'd recommend this house to anyone.

A group of 10 girls stayed in the house for the weekend. Everything was super clean and organized. There were plenty of bath towels and even towels for the hot tub! The host was very responsive. The kitchen and living room were spacious for us to all gather. Location was perfect for the airport and to get to Broadway!

The house was nice. The hot tub was very spacious all 3 couples were able to relax. The owner was very accommodating when there was an issue. If you plan on being rowdy especially outside this is a home to avoid. But if you need a place to lay your head relax in the hot tub and enjoy what nashville has to offer I highly recommend this spot.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood. We had all girls, so the 3 bathrooms came in more than handy!!
The house was clean and comfy. The kitchen had a lot of room and offered any cooking needs. The washer and dryer were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and large. The outdoor area and hot tub were great.
We had contacted the owner/mgr about a question and she responded quickly. The check in process was easy.
We would certainly stay here again. It is a great find!

Family/Friends Girls Trip
Every other year, our group attends the UK vs. Vandy football game and usually stay in a hotel by the stadium. This year we decided to look for a house so we could all stay together, have our own space to socialize, and enjoy each other’s company. This house was PERFECT! Plenty of space for our large group, beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The outdoor area with the firepit and hot tub was enjoyed by all! Quick Uber/taxi ride to downtown so very convenient location. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Our Stay
Our experience was fantastic. The place was perfect and clean. Margaret was very fast to response to any questions and had an answer for everything. Neighborhood was quite and 10 minutes away from almost anything. Also, the internet was very fast and reliable, beds were very comfortable, showers were clean and comfortable, grill had propane and was ready to use. Fire pit was perfect! Wonderful experience.

Perfect location and clean home!
We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The house was so clean and better stocked than any Vrbo we have ever stayed in! Plenty of room for our 3 family group to stay in and spread out. Awesome outdoor area. Minor issues- there were some nail heads sticking up on the deck. The rules seemed a little excessive. We didn’t have any issues but particularly not being able to wait in the driveway on an Uber seemed a little over the top. Made us feel like we were doing something wrong by not wanting us to be seen the entire time by neighbors. We traveled all over and it is a great location. 10-15 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go! Overall loved it and would be happy to stay there again.

Clean, Comfortable, Well Appointed
Property was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Inside was very nicely decorated with very nice towels, faucets, etc. Game room was nice and we had fun playing corn hike also. We LOVED the binder with recommendations and that every switch was labeled! The master bathroom is just gorgeous and the water pressure is amazing.
Minor areas we felt could be improved. There are a few nails popping up on the deck you have to watch for, the fridge did not make ice while we were there, and the rules seemed a bit excessive (especially for the amount we paid). While very polite, reminding us a 3rd time to start a load of towels and dishes made us feel less on vacation and more like work. The rules, the noise monitoring system and tone of communications made it a little less relaxing than we have experienced.
Overall we had a great experience and would recommend a long I knew they weren't partiers.

This property is so conveniently located. Within 10-20 minutes of everything we wanted to see. Margaret was wonderful and very timely with responses and information. Will definitely stay again if we vacation in Nashville!

Great stay but BE QUIET!!!
Great place. The property owner was great but must have had some party people there as there is an actual noise monitor and thorough rules about this (police come- you’re out. Setting off the monitor after hours (I.e. with loud music you get one warning then -out on the curb!)) So as long as you are not throwing down and respectable (as should be) it’s a fabulous place!!!

Relaxing Oasis
This home was the perfect place for a family get away! It was extremely clean upon check in and was well stocked in most items. When not sight seeing, we spent the majority of our time on the back deck and in the hot tub. The deck/fire pit area is a such a private, peaceful, relaxing oasis. Margaret was very attentive and awesome to work with. We would definitely stay there again!
