Er was geen kledingkast en geen koelkastje op de kamer.

Reservé este apartamento con ciertas expectativas debido a su tamaño, y aunque es bastante pequeño, me sorprendió gratamente la calidad que ofrece considerando su precio. Al entrar, me encontré con una nevera bien surtida con detalles de bienvenida, lo cual fue un buen toque. Además, el baño resultó ser cómodo y funcional. Aunque el espacio es limitado, la relación calidad-precio es excelente.

el espacio era un poco incómodo y pequeño p. Aunque la ubicación y otras comodidades eran adecuadas, el tamaño limitado del espacio afectó mi comodidad durante la estancia. Lo hacia mejor la gran ventana que tiene la habitación.

Localização excelente, perto da red light (a pés) e da estação. Ao ir para Amsterdam, não leve muita bagagem a logistica fica quase impossivel...

Ubicación cercana a estación central y frente a canal. Baño amplio y muy bonito. Camara cómoda con buen tamaño de habitación. Decoración del hotel y habitación sobria. Aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente (hay que agradecerlo porque no es así en muchos hoteles en Europa).

Pequeños detalles de desgaste del papel mural. Lo demás excelente.

Удобное месторасположение. До центра- 5 минут. До вокзала ж/д - 5 минут. Для того чтобы посмотреть город- очень даже неплохо! Достаточно тихая улочка, при том что отель в центре города. На ресепшен- отличный персонал.

Добавить тапочки в номер. Обновить полотенца. Запах дыма от сигарет через систему вентиляции в сан узле.

good breakfast, kind staff, perfect location. perfect canal view.

if you want to sleep with your partner. be sure is that the bed is double or not. becouse in our room, we have 2 singles beds and it's really hard to sleep. bathroom hasn't any slippers and more towel for wet floor. we used our head towels for it. and there is no frigde in room.

Albergo in una posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutti i centri di interesse. Vicino alla stazione dei treni. Camera grande per gli standard di Amsterdam. Personale in reception e in sala colazioni eccezionale.

La pulizia della stanza viene effettuata dalle 15 alle 17, orario scomodo se di vuole tornare in camera dopo pranzo. Oltretutto hanno semplicemente cambiato gli asciugamani e rifatto il letto, nessuna pulizia del bagno. Comodino solo ad un lato del letto, nessun armadio, non c'è frigobar, nessun supporto per la valigia. Colazione dolce e salata essenziale. Non all'altezza del prezzo e soprattutto di un 4 stelle.

Camere buie e con puzza di fogna…alle 17.30 del soggiorno la camera non era stata ancora pulita…

Confortável l, ótima localização e quarto espaçoso.

Reservei um quarto com vista pro canal que confirma a foto seria uma porta de vidro até em baixo. O quarto entregue foi com janela de vidro a 1,5 do chão, que para conseguir ver o canal precisava ficar na ponta do pé. Anunciam com uma foto, mas no final entregaram outra proposta.

Location is fantastic, close to Centraal station and by a canal. Very well designed and modern. Room size is exceptionally large.

La cama era grande y cómoda, el baño limpio y especialmente bonito. Muy cómodo si llegas en tren, dejas las maletas y puedes llegar donde quieras andando. Muchos restaurantes asiáticos alrededor (entre otras variedades)

No lo recomendaría con niños por la ubicación en el barrio rojo.

Great location, walking distance from the Amsterdam Centraal. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was really good. I loved the decor in the lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

If you're staying anything above the 2nd floor, you have to take the elevator to one floor, walk across the hall and then take a second elevator. This was kinda annoying.

The location was ideal, on a quiet street but close enough to the station and loads of places to eat. The breakfast was lovely with a good range of food. The rooms were comfortable, we had a lovely view out to the canal and the bed was soooo comfortable! Staff were also super friendly and helpful, great all round!

Great location, few minutes walk from central station and close to centre of Amsterdam. Rooms were really spacious, well decorated and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful - highly recommend and we will definitely stay in hotel Mai on next visit to Amsterdam

Perfect location, good breakfast. It was my partner's birthday and the hotel offered us a late check out which was much appreciated. Bed super comfy and nice power shower.

The room was bigger than I expected and the decor was nice to be in. The staff were friendly. The hotel was very quiet despite being on a canal. Noise was never a problem in the 3 nights that I stayed there.

Unfortunately, the room was very dark; even with all of the lights turned on, I still had to use my phone flashlight to see the buttons on the nespresso machine to operate it. Also, while the shower was amazing, on my last day the hot water seemed to run out and I had a lukewarm shower. Very disappointing. When I mentioned this to the staff, they said they would look into it, but no one took any notes and, shouldn't I have received some kind of compensation? After all, I paid for a functioning shower and I didn't get that. While there is shampoo in the shower, there's no conditioner. Not sure why? One other suggestion would be to include some decaf coffee capsules.

Amazing little hotel in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly big rooms with a big bed and a very nice bathroom.

There was some noise from the floor above and the room did not have a fridge.

Loved the hotel, was very modern and room was beautiful.

Hotel had lots of dim lighting, was a bit of a pain getting ready in the evening as there was only one bright mirror in bathroom (had to take turns). Shower was very impractical as it flooded the bathroom when used.
